It seems the only way for any resolution is to post.First we love the product that’s no issue.
The communication and shipping is going from bad to worse.I thought by subscribing, product would be shipped a certain date every month.I had to email days after I thought to be shipped to find they coincidentally sent it out right after my email.
So now I find a third party,(DHS) was used and they have said it has been delayed several days now.
I call they say to contact the shipper….I have opened a ticket letting them know…I hate complaining almost monthly as much as they hate getting these ..
Seriously looking into another company this shouldn’t be that hard.
