Tried to place an order. Kept getting an error telling me simply “an error occurred. Try again or use a different form of payment.” I did both. Used different browsers and forms of payment. Same error. Tried to contact customer service and only got an AI chat bot named “Cris”. Now, Cris will tell you that it’s not an AI, but I work in created AI chat bots and know one when I see it. I asked basic questions and got canned responses. It asked for my credit card info and that was a big red flag. Never give your credit card info to an AI chat bot. I went to Mr. Hempflower instead.

Website Said One Thing But Reality Included Addiitonal Fees
The chat was helpful BUT I found the some practices to be bait and click. For instance, I signed up for the emails because the site said I'd get $20 off. After the email came, it was for $20 off $100 purchase. Then the agent gave me 5% off. When I went to check out it did say Free Shipping on orders over $89, but when I was ordering it said Free Shipping on my order tally. After I put in all of my billing info and clicked purchase, I saw where there is a $8.99 shipping fee, for one bottle no less. Just wish the web site was more transparent. :(

As a long-time Delta-8 cartridge user, I feel obligated to share this honest review to protect others from making the same mistake I did. I recently purchased a Delta-8 cartridge from this site called EXHALE and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. This wasn't just a bad product it was a health risk.
Let me be clear: quality matters more than anything when it comes to buying vape carts. it had all the red flags of low-grade oil the color was unusually dark, the taste was chemically harsh with a burnt or plastic-like aftertaste, and it produced an odd throat burn even on low temperature settings.
Within minutes of using it, I experienced a headache, nausea, anxiety, and a general feeling of being unwell the kind of feeling where your body knows something’s not right. The high felt disjointed, foggy, and borderline toxic.
In short: trust your senses. If it looks, smells, or tastes off it is. Don't gamble with your health just to save a few bucks.

The order arrived very quickly. I got organic decaf after seeing the ads on social media. Unfortunately, it tastes of nothing. I can’t even smell coffee aroma and can’t understand what the fuss is all about.

I have been ordering from Exhale wellness for 2 years. Every thing I’ve ordered and tried was awesome. Too many different choices especially the gummies. I have tried alot of the delta-9 products and some bud and pre-rolls and they are all very tasty and relaxing! I have also turned on my neighbors in my senior complex and they all are asking me for some of mine. I think your company should offer a sample pouch with something I haven’t ordered so I might try something else. Lab reports are all faked - batch numbers mean NOTHING
Go ahead and check their website for their "lab results". Dates do not line up. Even if they were real, test results are over a year old which is a bad sign on its own.
I guess they only make one batch... ever? A bottle manufactured well after the "test date" suddenly doesn't have its own result. Location of manufacturing differs on COA, website, and bottle. Not even that, they aren't even faking labs that should matter, which would be pesticides and heavy metals.
An exact quote from their website:

Go ahead and check a lab result yourself. See that batch/lot number on the bottle? Try to find a lab result for it. Here is a hint: It doesn't exist.
I've got a bottle right in front of me - batch number 2IJ24011, no COA for it on their website. They claim every batch is tested, so why hide the results for a customer? It's because they don't have it and don't care.
Are they in based in Texas, California, Colorado, or North Carolina? Who knows! Got a city, but no address for somewhere on the other side of the country of where they are manufactured. A quick search for Exhale Wellness in Charlotte, NC yields results only for an unaffiliated therapy company.
Calling customer service, they ask for an order ID number, something that isn't on a bottle. So if you bought it from a shop and not the online retail store, how are they to support you with any questions?
For a company trying to create medicinal products, they are pulling every shady move in the book.

I have had a Delta 8 gummies subscription for 1.5 years. The product is great, until it isn't. I received an open bottle and the chat offered me a replacement. What I actually got was 35% off my next purchase. 100% satisfaction guarantee should read 35% customer satisfaction. Open, unsealed bottle? Buyer beware.

For the most part their products are pretty solid - especially the D9 Live Resin Gummies. But the THCp+HHC+D9 gummies have had major packaging issues and smell absolutely terrible. Often times packaging is completely inconsistent. Unfortunately, these sat around like this for some time and I didn't meet the window for return. Oh well. Other companies to try out. Be careful, if something smells wrong, let them know and they are pretty good at replacing, but the shipping QA is really bad.

Excellent Products and exceptional customer service.
Not only does exhale well offer a variety of amazing products, but they also have amazing customer service. I tried a few different gummy products, and have become a regular user of the Delta-9/CBD gummies as they help me sleep and help me with arthritic joint pain. The one and only time there was a minor problem with one of my orders, they immediately sent out a replacement order at no additional cost. I love this company.

Faulty lab report
I used to buy these gummies all the time and they were great. However there has been an increase in dangerous Delta 8 and Delta 9 products reaching the market recently. The lab report provided by exhale wellness provided limited information as to what was contained in the product. The QR code shows a lab report for a batch tested a year ago and batch number does not match product SKU. The jar received by a customer is not the jar that was tested in the lab report. Use with great caution, considered unsafe for ingestion.

the products are good but customer service needs to be redone. there info doesnt show if produce it indica, sativa. or hybrid. i was on the phone for 30 min, no help called again next day almost 30 min again, no help. machine states will call back within 24 hrs. i need info now not 24 hrs later. service like this isn't worth how good the product is. another co has no shipping sells same products. with no mct, pg, vg. and no peg oil. this is a step towards leaving.
