Absolutely heart breaking to see ExcuseMed has closed down. I am a repeat customer and can vouch firsthand for this company. You get a real doctor's note and they have staff ready to verify if your employer calls.

No other service can compare to ExcuseMed. Yea there are other TeleHealth providers, but they most want you to video chat with a doctor or they want you to sign up for a monthly plan.

I really hope ExcuseMed is able to open back up. Perhaps use a secure messaging portal to send doctor's notes rather then through email. Maybe use ID verification or something to stop scammers from cloning the site and notes.

Thanks for everything ExcuseMed. Good luck and I hope to do business with you again

100/10 Awesome Experience with ExcuseMed

I needed a doctor's note for work, though I wasn’t feeling well I didn’t want the hassle of going to the doctors office because it simply wasn’t necessary. Came across ExcuseMed, initially I was skeptical but after reading other positive reviews I decided to give them my business. Received my note in a timely manner as promised, and it was legitimate. I admit, I thought the note was too simple at first but I turned it in and it was accepted. Highly recommend!! Great price and excellent service, would definitely use this company again.

I WAS TERMINATED FOR FAKE DOCTORS NOTE.

PROS: it's a legit website that will send you a PDF doctor's note for $30 bucks.

CON:(December 27th,2024)
I sent mine to the LOA people at my job and then sent it to my mom who works in HR training and management for a Fortune 500 company. In her professional opinion, it was a fake. She also told me I shouldn't have submitted it before showing it to her and that I shouldn't be surprised if I got in trouble for submitting it. I got a response back from the LOA team not even an hour later denying the leave request and that my manager was notified.

(December 30th,2024):
This afternoon one of my managers pulled me off the station and asked me about the note. Since I knew they knew it wasn’t a real note, I tried to come up with an excuse on the spot. Told her I was scammed by online virtual doctor sites and that this was the doctor's note they sent me over. They tried to be sympathetic, but because submitting fraudulent documentation is against the ethics code at Amazon, what would’ve just been a warning or at most a write-up for missing the day without an excused reason last minutewirhout the paid time to cover it, they had to terminate me and made me ineligible to apply for Amazon for life!
