I made an inquiry online and Max got back to me the next day. I had actually already booked with another agency, but he stayed on the phone with me asking me about possible options (dates and times). I got another first class flight 300 dollars cheaper and cancelled my original flight. He was very patient and definitely went the extra mile in getting me the best deal.

I will not use this service again. They are very attentive when you want to book a flight and they can make money off of you. But once that is booked, you can forget any additional help. Zero follow up emails or text to help navigate delayed flights .

Emily Miller was great. She helped me get the cheapest business class tickets to Albania and back. She got me window seats on all my flights and she was sweet as pie. Best experience I have had making reservations and buying tickets for airlines.

This was my first time using a company to purchase tickets to Europe, and it was truly special—traveling first class has always been a dream of ours. Michael Borland made that dream a reality. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process.

We ran into some technical issues that took a few days to sort out, but Michael never wavered. He provided first-class service from start to finish, making sure everything was confirmed and that our seats were exactly what we wanted. His dedication and professionalism made all the difference.

This was the first time I used Exclusive Business Class after doing considerable research on flights to Switzerland. Romeo Dane responded to my request for a quote and he was excellent!! He listened to my requirements and was able to meet all of them. He booked us on a flight at a significantly lower price than anything I found. He is friendly, and listens, and could not have been more accommodating! I highly recommended him.

My experience with Skye has been very good. She has been attentive throughout our booking a flight to Australia. She has addressed any question i’ve had.
