they lost 1500gbp skateboard & no payback
After sending the skateboard to their office and covering the shipping costs from London to Northampton and back, as well as paying for their assessment, I ended up spending over £100 and loosing my skateboard. Despite their claims that they shipped the skateboard back, it never arrived. It has now been over five months, and they continue to tell me that they have no feedback from the courier company, which is simply ridiculous. How do they even manage to do business with this courier company if they can’t get any updates or feedback?
Does anyone knows how I can get a refund for what was lost during this operation with Evolve?
