NXB Motor

I reached out to customer service for a replacement motor for my ebike and they told me the motor was available even though the website said the motor was unavailable. When I placed the order I had to order a different motor for a higher price but customer service noticed I needed the other motor and were able to update my order and give me a refund for the cost difference.

Good bike, great price

The bike is a great deal for the price. The only negatives I found was that the seat is not the most comfortable and it doesn’t come with passenger pegs so you have to order seperately besides the passenger seat. The other thing is that there is no ignition but rather only an on and off switch the key is just to remove and secure the battery. So if you want to prevent theft you have to use a bike lock. Otherwise the quality, ease of putting together, speed, handling and braking are excellent and I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm loving my Euybike K6F.

I'm LOVING my Euybike K6F.
PRO:
* The F/R suspension is awesome. Smooth ride even on rough terrain.
* The packaging is probably the most care I've ever seen a company take to protect during shipping. The outer box was pristine on arrival, and every component inside carefully wrapped.
* The instruction manual was extremely well-done. Assembly didn't take long, and the bike was road ready quickly.
* I'm at the high end of the max weight, but it still cranks right up to top speed.
* The brakes work great, and although the front-end design inhibits the turning radius a bit - it turns better than I expected.

CONS
* Folding to lift/carry is quite cumbersome to the point I'm not really bothering.
* Riding without the motor is a massive chore in any gear. I'm sure it's a combi of the bike weight and fat tire road resistance.

All that said, I'm enjoying the heck out of it.

So the bike rides well I've only had it for a week. My issue is with the customer service. I bought the s4 mx pro . It was supposed to come with fenders as per. I got one. It was supposed to come with rear view mirrors . I had to email customer service because it didn't have them . They took a day to get back to me. Then they shipped them. Overall the issue is customer service it would be nice to have a number to call to talk to a human being instead of waiting on an email. Hopefully the bike holds up well over time.

Euybike K6 Pro

I give Euybike K6 Pro a 2 star due to this bike came to me damaged. The phone number on their site doesn’t work. Therefore, I don’t know why they even have one. I had to email them which I found they returned my email in about 12 hours. Although that worked, this type of customer service will never justify a 5 star for me. I do think the bike could justify a higher rating. But again this bike came to me damaged and it also had other issues.

They did send me the replacement parts and videos to fix the problems, but like told them, I didn’t buy a brand new bike to work on it. This bike sat for two weeks awaiting parts. Also the battery was stuck and they told me to pick the bike up and drop it on the rear wheel until the battery dislodges from the bike. I had to do this about 2-3 times before the battery came out. I was told to take a knife and shave the plastic edges of the battery until I was able to pull the battery out. They also said they upgraded the headlight where the new way of mounting had no instructions. Hopefully they fixed this on their website and in their users manual.

Now understand, it took 12 hours for me to get these instructional fixes. They did reimburse me $100 for my troubles. I was able to ride the bike and it rides ok. I was unable to get the ride that the people on YouTube doing their so called reviews got.

I told Euybike I think they should have just replaced the bike. They said the issues I had didn’t warrant an exchange or replacement. They did tell me to take it to a bike shop. I did not have a way to transport the bike, and some of the shops in my area were hesitant to work on e-bike they didn’t sell due to battery issues and insurance (UL certified). This required me to work on the bike myself, although I told them I’m not a bike mechanic.

In saying that, I think I fixed most of the issues. The front brakes still rub and there’s some clicking noise coming from somewhere but I’m tired of the back and forth so this bike is just a 2 star for me. I will take the bike to a shop once I get a bike hitch. I would fold and put in my vehicle but this bike is heavy, awkward, and 81 pounds. Anyway, don’t let my experience give you pause on buying. I hope you have better luck in your purchase if you decide to buy.
