Fake sale prices and "unforeseen circumstances"

made an order of a desk (Ergo Office ER-450) on sale 228.37€ (Order #SH3444432)
made the payment and received a confirmation, just for the order cancellation and a refund with reason "canceled due to unforeseen circumstances".
Now the same desk is still in stock just the price tag is now 464.74€.
Fake sale prices. and if the desk is still in stock than why the order could not been completed?

It's time and nerves!

We ordered a footrest on Thursday 5th to a city in Spain, that same evening the seller created a CTT Express consignment note number, the description says that it should arrive within 5 days!

On Tuesday we started to worry about the parcel, started to read reviews about the company and about the post of delivery, they are ALL negative!

They don't answer the phone on the Spanish number!

I asked a friend from Poland to call the Polish number that is on their website EU +48 327390085

On Wednesday she called and received a response that the status would change in a few days!

On Thursday evening we received a letter from the supplier that the parcel would arrive on the 13th!

On Friday we received a message from the supplier that the parcel was delayed!

On Saturday the 14th we received our parcel, the box was original and dense, but without filler inside and therefore the wooden base of the order was overstuffed!

9 days passed and in the end the parcel was coming from a warehouse in ITALY!

It's bad when there is no connection with the seller and no notification of where the parcel is coming from, and especially when the status does not change from the time the invoice was created, but only a few days before receipt!

It's time and nerves!

I really should have read the reviews first!

I really should have read the reviews first! I think my experience is a common one with this outfit - I ordered an item, it was not delivered, and then numerous phone calls and email exchanges followed where a refund was promised but never materialised. I am now in the process of recovering my funds through my credit card company. Avoid them!!

Do NOT buy from this "company"

Do NOT buy from this "company". After ordering what was described as a dogs bed including large pillows, I was sold a DAMAGED /TORN bed with two small

pillows, presumably cat pillows. Despite being promised a refund, I was advised that I had "used" the bed and that they didn't damage it. A fraudulent company who don't appear to understand English and understand the concept of selling and sending what is described on their *website*. Do not fall for using them. Not only will you NOT receive what you ordered-- you will be called a liar. They often claim.to not receive emails. Not a scam website...

Edit: My mistake, although the way their bill displayed the VAT was misleading, but they did in fact refund the whole value and I have confirmed that I have indeed received it.
Most likely the item was no longer in stock; they could have properly informed me, but at the very least it doesn't seem to be a scam website.

OLD: Ordered a standing desk, after a week I received a cancelation and refund notice without any explanation, except they tried to keep the VAT fee... For an item that was never even shipped...

- delivery time was 2-5 days (got it after 2 weeks)
- Food handling equipment I bought after opening the box I realised its DIRTY SECOND HAND UNIT
- Faulty fan in this machine is making horrible noise

I had a terrible experience with…



I had a terrible experience with Euroelectronics. After placing an order, I never received it, even though I was home all day and have a camera at my door to prove no delivery was made. I reached out to their customer service multiple times via email, but they completely ignored me. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I got no response or help. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. Terrible service and no accountability.

Battery Charger

I purchased a 6v/12v smart battery charger from this company and so far all has been good.My item was delivered by Evri on time and in good condition.The charger works well and does everything it should.Unfortunately it came with a European plug fitted which I had to change otherwise I would have given a 4 star rating.

ITEM DELIVERED

Ordered a child’s nebuliser.
THEN. I read the reviews, and thought I would have a problem. I did email this company to change design, and they never responded, so I definitely thought the worst, but a week later I got an evri delivery responce and also one from the company saying my item was out for delivery, I am pleased to say. Item did arrive. Thankfully, but as others have stated with a European plug! Not a problem for me though as I have an adapter. So I’m a happy customer

Item was never sent

Item was never sent. After hours on the phone and lots of promises, they cancelled my order. Refund is not given yet. Not sure if I ever going to get my money back.

Bij deze Euroelectronics is een slechte of niet service. Producten retour zenden lukt niet. men blijft bet vragen komen, die ze zelf dienen uit te zoeken bij retour inspectie. Advies: niet bestelle, ga naar een betrouwbare partij.

Unfortunately a very bad experience with this company. Delivered products do not work. Seem to be bad imitations of original. Even worse than Aliexpress. This Euroelectronics has a bad or no service. Returning products does not work. They keep asking questions, which they have to sort out themselves during return inspection. Advice: do not order, go to a reliable party.

Very good in my experience!

I did my research and read the bad reviews on this company, but I only found 2 suppliers for this equipment that I could afford, so I thought I would risk it.
I ordered a Maclean MC-891 Electric TV Wall Mount Bracket for a price considerably less than anywhere else and it was delivered within 5 days by Evri.
Evri were unusually not crap and the delivery was fine.

Unexpectedly, the new AS-D2 razor arrived

Well not expecting a satisfactory outcome, given the pervious feedback, the Feather AS-D2 razor I ordered arrived in a not unreasonable 9 days, assuming it comes from Poland. However their communication skills are zero stars. I sent them two emails with a correction of a minor error in the address, my street number, not that it matters as I am the only house on the street and a query as to why my order was not marked as sent and still isn't. No response. The razor was also obviously brand new and still in its sealed factory packaging.

Avoid at all cost the most…

Avoid at all cost the most unprofessional business I have ever bought from. I bought a portable nebulizer that was not working so I sent it back for a exchange they resent the same unworking product back when I emailed them to raise this issue again they told me to dispose of the unworking item and a full refund would be issued which a month down the line I still have no working nebulizer and no refund.

INEPT SWINDLERS…

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size wheel trims for my mom’s car thinking I had to use the tyre size.
I received the order in a big box bubble wrapped and measured them without opening 3” too big so I had to email to ask how I could swap them but was told I’d have to send them back and reorder after a refund.
I had to pay for return and then wait .. and wait and wait …. Over TWO MONTHS and just got an email saying order cancelled?..replied asking for refund info .. next day £15 refund from a £28 outlay? W T F .. asked why and just received pictures of unwrapped scuffed trims …mine were never unwrapped so if they are mine they were already like that when first sent out !!

Still quiting for a refund

I ordered an item late Saturday and due to circumstances cancelled the order early on Sunday ( less than 24 hours later) Despite this the order was dispatched early Monday morning. I promptly returned the item unopened. They received it and l was told l would receive the refund in 2 days. Basically nearly 2 weeks and umpteen emails later and l still haven't received my refund!!!
