Unacceptable damaged roses

Your roses were delivered damaged and your response to my requests were never followed through. Didn’t receive timely responses and there was negligent customer service to address my requests.

I had trusted in your product and your service.

Never again will I purchase.

requested cancelation and go no reply

I requested a cancelation and received neither reply nor refund with a full month to go before delivery date.

What I did get was a request to rate customer service... so 0 stars for 0 response I suppose. Just about as disappointing as why I had to cancel in the first place.

As the item shipped out on schedule, within 24 hours, and with the chosen method of shipping made by the customer, the delivery issue cannot be attributed to our company. While we are sorry for any inconvenience, review of the transit time for this method of shipping could have changed the outcome of this delivery.

I got charge a $50 delivery fee for a next business day delivery. I will never again and do not recommend. Tried calling the store no one picked up during business hours. It’s all a fraud

First time experience with internal roses. Not computer savvy overheard about these roses so thought I would try them for my mom‘s birthday and went on the website and they delivered exactly what I asked for exactly when they said it was they have confirmed with emails they keep up with things 100% satisfied and look forward to sending more roses like this to my family and friends well worth it thank you. P. S. For not being computer savvy I thought the website was very easy to navigate thank you
