Horrible Experience with ERGO – Avoid!

ERGO is a nightmare to deal with. Their website is broken and confusing, making it impossible to find clear information. Customer service is useless. The so-called "self-service" takes days, making no sense. Everything is slow, unclear, and frustrating. Stay away!

Claiming Health insurance "Simple way". I provided prepaid invoice and they wouldn't accept it. They insisted more proof that doctor visit took actually place. I provided Log file from the actual system (Government system)where it was clearly stated that doctor with name and date used my document to register my visit.They don't accept any other proof and they are not willing to cooperate, they just demand things to be overwritten the way they want. With that they are just making everyone elses life more complicated. It even seems like trying to avoid cost for them. My vote goes for another Insurance company next time.

Completely pointless. Everything turns out to be YOUR responsibility, not theirs. A lot of loopholes in the agreements as well. Avoid at all costs, or it will cost you. A perfect organisation for making money on people who genuinely need an insurance.

My wife had a car crashed into her at a roundabout. The other car was in the wrong lane on the roundabout and Ergo says we're 100% responsible ?!
So we are following the rules and we are responsible... nonsense!
Apparently insurance do not even know the basic driving rules. And of course we cannot do anything... just outrageous !
