Companies on Trustpilot can’t offer incentives or pay to hide any reviews.
The Bradley is an innovative wristwatch you can touch and see to tell time. We believe good design should be inclusive, not exclusive.

Scam site. Money paid for two watches, not delivered. Followed up with the shipping company and the delivery was returned to sender. The merchant does not respond to emails or phone number on shipping slip. When chargeback requested through Visa, they disputed that it has been delivered. No such thing. STAY AWAY. So disappointing that most people buying this watch are doing so for blind or Deafblind user. Disgusting.

Afwul customer service, awful company.
My wife bought (or tried to buy) one of their watches 9 MONTHS AGO. After the payment, we didn't have any update on the order.
The watch was never shipped, and of course never received. We have tried to contact the company for months and the customer service does not exist. They don't have a phone number to call, only email and webform (to which they DON'T REPLY).

Absolutely shocking service.. paid a repair fee Via PayPal and was told all details of were to send etc. Posted of to their UK warehouse that then send it on to USA.
Have sent so many emails since and months of no response then finally got a reply 6 week's ago saying my watch has been repaired and is getting posted out ASAP after final checks are made. Still no watch and have sent multiple emails since and nothing back
Absolutely gutted as my watch is sentimental to me and I'd have rather have kept it and it not work than not have it at all.
Also contacted Via social media platforms and still nothing.

The movement on the watch stopped working so I posted the watch back to the seller at their request and made payment for the repairs to be carried out. Eone's customer service is a mess - they couldn't confirm whether they have received my watch, didn't know whether it was being repaired and then stopped responding to my emails altogether and won't refund the repairs that haven't been carried out. I can't even claim insurance on the watch going missing in the post because Eone won't confirm they haven't received the watch. What a mess.
