Fantastic Concierge Chemotherapy

The customized care I received at Envita and the kind, caring staff, nurses, techs and doctors—it was top notch. I am beyond pleased that I decided to complete my treatment at Envita.

My wife was diagnosed with stage 4…

My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 bladder cancer. Mayo Clinic removed her bladder, vagina, uterus, ovaries and 18 lymph nodes. Difficult making decisions about next phase of treatments . We called Envita and they said we needed to pay up front for any consultations. We paid the $550 as requested. After paying the fee we thought best to “circle the wagons” and decide if this was the right right choice for us. We asked to regroup and have them refund the $500 fee for the consultation. Dania, our go to person did not respond to our voice mail or emails for 5 days. I called and spoke with the phone contact at Envita who said, “should be no problem to get your money back.” Finally received a email from our “advocate”, this is what Dania replied to us, “ I will make sure to cancel the appointment. The initial consultation fee is non-refundable.” Thank you for your love and concern. You clearly have our best interest at heart and are truly interested in people. (Sarcasm)
Don’t consider this organization for post surgical cancer treatment. They are only interested in money and themselves. Check out city of hope or Anderson’s but avoid this place. Not good.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt sympathy for the challenges you and your wife have been facing. A diagnosis of stage 4 bladder cancer and the difficult medical journey that follows can be overwhelming, and we truly understand how important it is to find the right care and support during this time.

At Envita, we are deeply committed to providing personalized and innovative treatment options for our patients. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Transparency is a core value of our practice, which is why we clearly communicate our consultation process and associated fees upfront. Our initial consultation fee covers a comprehensive review of the patient’s medical history and allows our team to determine if our approach aligns with the patient’s needs before proceeding with treatment recommendations.

We understand that making treatment decisions, especially post-surgery, requires time and careful consideration. While our consultation fee is non-refundable, we strive to ensure that all potential patients feel supported and informed every step of the way. We regret any delays in communication you experienced, as we aim to provide timely responses to all inquiries.

Your feedback is invaluable, and we appreciate the opportunity to reflect on how we can continue improving our patient experience. If there is anything we can do to assist you further, please do not hesitate to reach out. We truly wish you and your wife strength, healing, and the best possible care in your journey.

Cancer treatment SCAM

Our family relocated to AZ so that a family member could receive treatment for esophageal cancer. When her health struggled, we were told that her treatment was "working" & that it was "normal." After 3 months of this roller coaster, we were told her CT scan showed a "37% reduction of the cancer," only to have her oncologist from home confirm that her cancer was in fact WORSE & SPREADING. Envita lied to us so that we would continue to give them money. Even if it meant dying away from home & loved ones.

Excellent summaries

Excellent summaries! Because it covers every argument in a straightforward and scientific manner, it is the best I've seen in my 15-year struggle with Lyme. I refer people here who are reading conflicting media sources.

Explanations appreciated...

All questions answered, the fact that all expenses are mine, without regard to insurance, precludes this option. I appreciate the explanation as to why my doctors options are limited. Thank you.

My Review on Envita experience

I received a call as I requested, but I was a bit in a rush (my end) so I had to ask what was in my mind then. The lady who spoke with me however was very patient and informative. I appreciate how all the questions asked at that time was all amswered.

The teleconference was informative and helpful in establishing Envita Clinic as a very possible option for my 40 year old son suffering neurologic lyme close to four years with a result leaving him almost non-functional for basic living even feeding himself.

The Envita staff are there for you!

I have been in contact with the Envita staff from the onset. Each person I talked to on the phone made sure I had their name and phone number so I could call them at any time with questions or concerns. And I have called them numerous times and each time they have answered the phone immediately. Not once did I leave a message for them to return my call. I have never met a more caring staff then those at Envita.

All my questions were answered

All my questions were answered, thank you. I don't think I will be able to afford your treatment since I have had this disease so long my ability to work has been compromised. I appreciate the quick response and email with information I recieved. It is hopeful to hear there are options in the States!
