Stay away from Enel if you want light at your home.

I made a request for Enel Fix Web Luce with subentro for my new house. As I did the process online, I wanted to follow the procedure, but I didnt receive any email. I called the call center, and figured out something didnt go well with my application. I talked with a subentro consultant who told me that I should receive an email. That email never arrived. I called again, and made the same talk. That email didnt arrive again. I called again and another consultant told me that he solved my problem and everything is fine and I should just wait. I waited. I moved to my new house without light. I called again. Another subentro consultant told me a totally different thing and created a new request for my case. 10 days passed since the first day I made the request. I have no light. I dont know when I will have light. There is a good chance that I enter the new year without light. Stay away from that company.

800% increase: elderly people fraudsters

Enel perpetrated a scam against my in-laws by extorting a monstrous sum from them for their gas utility bill. The mechanism is based on relying on companies (Delta Tre) for telephone contact which exploits the weaknesses of elderly people to obtain the signing of a contract with a fixed rate through mobile phone calls (with devious means and promising unreal conditions). fixed price for a limited period. My father-in-law (terminally ill and subsequently deceased, clearly cognitively impaired) was contacted in this way and unknowingly accepted these conditions by signing the contract called GAS OFFER 30 at €0.34/m3 fixed price. Near the deadline, ENEL sent a letter (actually never delivered) informing them of the tariff change which brought the offer from 0.34 to 2.43 €/m3 (excluding taxes) with an increase of approximately '800 percent (EIGHT HUNDRED PER CENT). In any case, on the date of the alleged sending of the communication, my father-in-law was already in a terminal condition and unable to understand. This increase, also due to the unawareness of the poor victims, has costed around 4000 euros in 3 months. This behavior was reported to the italian consumer associations and reported to the company which DID NOT EVEN ACCEPT TO GRANT THE INSTALLMENTS. We are in the process of reporting this fraudulent practice to the competent judicial authorities. In the meantime, WE ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY from ENEL company and to protect and control your loved ones, especially if they are weak or in difficulty.
