When your auto manufacturer’s warranty is about to run out or has run out, you’re responsible for any mechanical breakdowns your vehicle incurs. That can lead to thousands of dollars in auto repairs. Endurance can shield you from those high costs with a vehicle protection plan that will pay the mechanic directly for parts and labor.

Great asset protection!

I'm very thankful for endurance because they were able to insure my commercial livery vehicle. Very affordable and I would definitely continue to use them.

Stay away from this Extended Warranty!!!

Stay away from this extended warranty if you want an honest extended warranty. I purchased this extended warranty back in 2021 when I made a purchase for a 2019 ram 2500 with a diesel engine. I looked up extended warranties at that time this seemed to be one of the top extended warranties based off of reviews, so I purchased an extended warranty from them. I was advised everything was covered come to find out later on down the road DEF is not covered with the extended warranty I was being lied to right off the bat. My last issue with them is just the icing on the cake in May of 2025 I had a check engine light on took it to the Rockwall dodge. We are in July of 2025 and my vehicle is still there. I take care of all my vehicles as far as maintenance, change oil, filters all that stuff things that I can do on my own I do it versus paying somebody for something that I can do. Taking it to Rockwall dodge there are three codes that was causing the check engine light to come on. One was the turbo another was the DEF the last one was the transmission. A James Younan of endurance is handling my claim. I have yet spoken to James he has not responded to me via e-mail or via phone not once even though I've reached out and left messages and emails. Christina is handling my service at Rockwall Dodge. She's reached out to James and James has told her that I had to I had to authorize so many hours of tear down for the turbo to see what was the failure in the turbo to see if it's covered as well as I had to authorize 9 hours of teardown for the transmission to see what was the cause of failure which mind you every hour of Labor is $210.00 and which if they don't cover I am responsible for. Once James of Endurance got the diagnosis from Christina at Dodge he then asks for service records for the transmission. My vehicle was due for a transmission service at 120k its at 129k but I got that service done at 114k at a local shop near my house. James with Endurance declined my transmission repair due to the receipt being a receipt that was written out. To me this was backwards they should have asked for all the maintenance receipts first before making me authorize 9 hrs of tear down. Again, James of Endurance hasn't even spoken to me not even via email. I would stay away from this company at all costs. They just take your money and don't care about customer service at all.
