We had a wonderful experience in Costa Rica thanks to Enchanting Travels! In 8 days we saw 4 different areas of the country- we saw waterfalls, volcanoes, rainforests, cities, beaches. It was exactly what I was looking for with my 3 kids (16, 18, and 21). A perfect combination of animals, adventure and beauty. I never could have planned this on my own - a special thanks to Allison Felfoldi and Claudia Coral. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! And I look forward to using Enchanting Travels again for future trips!

I normally don't use travel agents to book tours as I've been an independent traveler for a long, long time. But an African safari is a little more complicated. Enchanting travels made it easy with its recommendations and itinerary and we ended up with safaris that were unbelievable experiences. ET was super responsive and aimed to please us every step of the way and kept in constant contact with us. You won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing anniversary trip to Italy planned by enchanting travels. Every aspect of the trip was great! We had a stay in Rome, a Tuscan Villa and then the final leg in Florence. All of the hotels were great and the staffs were very friendly. We had private drivers for all of our transportation needs and private or very small group tours for all of our stops. The driver service and guide service the enchanting travels used were amazing. Cherisse Liptzin was our book agent at enchanting travels and she was amazing in planning the perfect trip for us!!

They were helpful and communicated throughout the entire trip from planning to prepping to the actual trip itself and afterwards. The mobile app had all the important information on it so you knew where to go and what to do.

We had not planned to use a travel consultant for our trip to Italy in May. However, from my first contact with Stephany, I began to appreciate the value that Enchanting Travels could bring to our trip. My wife and I are in our 70's and this is likely to be our only trip to Italy. Stephany was patient and knowledgeable. She also asked all of the right questions to ensure that we the experience everything that we were hoping to see and do on our trip. We are very comfortable that we will have the support needed before and while in Italy. While the total cost is above our initial budget, we feel that it is money well spent for what we believe will be an amazing experience.

Akshay Maggu worked with us to put together an amazing trip to Japan. His team, led by Mariyah, was exceptional. We felt taken care of every day. Having someone lead us through busy train stations like Tokyo or Kyoto stations and actually get us onto the right train was an example of the exquisite care. Akshay and Mariyah really listened to what we wanted to do and got us excellent guides and perfect hotels. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to see Japan. When we take our next trip abroad we will definitely contact Enchanting Travel again.

The whole experience was great.

The travel consultant was patient and knowledgeable and helped me put together a great itinerary.

The Trip Coordinator was the superstar. Every time we showed up somewhere, like magic a representative of Enchanting was there holding a sign with our name. At the airports, train stations, hotels, late at night, once literally in the middle of the road. I never had to call, never had to check. The team was just there. Every time. Every single time.

The time we had a small hiccup (the hotels made a mistake with the room, not Enchanting's fault because they had quadruple-checked - the hotel admitted it was their own mistake), the Trip Coordinator was there to call and assist and solve the problem. It was very reassuring to know that she was following our every move in the background, ready to intervene in case there were issues. It was like having our own guardian angel. It must be like royalty travels - they show up and everything is already arranged and ready to go.

All cars were clean and safe. All the guides were knowledgeable and personable.

We had no issues. The trip was flawlessly organized.

Danielle from Enchanting Travels put together a two week trip to Kenya and Tanzania for me and my companion. Everything she said they would do for us, they did. The 3 camps we stayed at were all very different but all were fantastic. Our drivers/guides were all very knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. It was truly a trip of a lifetime. I would use Enchanting again without hesitation.

My trip to Chile and Easter Island was incredible. The trip was planned by Alison Felfoldi of Enchanting Travels. She took time to review my requests for the trip and worked with me to accommodate them. Once the trip was set, Alison turned me over to my trip coordinator Camila. Camila was superb. My international flight was delayed by a day. While I was stuck in Atlanta, Camila started working on re-arranging the first 2 days of my trip. The effect of the late arrival was minimized so that by the time I got to my first stop in Northern Patagonia, I all but forgotten about the drama with the international flight. After that, my trip was logistically perfect. Northern Patagonia is beautiful. Easter Island portion of my trip was amazing, once in a life time experience. Santiago and Valparaiso were fun cities to visit with great food and wine. On all my stops on this trip hotels were as expected or better. The guides and the drivers were fun, knowledgeable and clearly loved the places they were sharing with me. During the trip I used the Trip Agent app and found it to be helpful. I would recommend Enchanting Travels and appreciate the care they gave me during my Chile trip.

Our trip to Ireland planned and orchestrated by Enchanting Travels was fantastic. We had a private driver/guide which was essential in small roads and for us the wrong side of the highway. The itinerary we planned was flexible enough so we had time to go off the beaten path. Hotels were wonderful and very centrally located so we could walk to major attractions, gardens and restaurants. We would highly recommend this company and appreciate the extra care they gave us during our adventure.

Allison Tucker provided lots of great input in developing a wonderful itinerary to Athens and three Cycladic Islands for our group of friends. This is the second trip that Allison has planned for me, the first was a fabulous trip for three friends to certain parts of Italy, so I had full confidence in her abilities and was excited to hear she was one of ET's Greece trip designers as well. Allison planned within our budget, stayed in touch and was very, very responsive to any questions and concerns I had. Highly recommend Enchanting Travels and Allison Tucker!
