Cindy the Chat Rep- Pure Customer Service

Cindy the Chat Rep was one of the best, pure CUSTOMER SERVICE. She gave straight intelligent answers, non of the repetitive canned answers you normally get. She was patient & I never felt like she was rushing our conversation to end it. I wish every inquiry I have with an agent was always as pleasant & most importantly that I got everything answered promptly, without having to repeat myself. I felt so satisfied, that I placed my order today, now let’s hope I’m as satisfied with the premium white glove delivery service & of course with the furniture I purchased. Great Experience so far!

lost a customer

I was going to place my first order but needed to measure the space. Within minutes I received multiple texts, emails, calls and voicemails from the sales team which was so unnecessarily aggressive. I will never purchase from this company now.

Accidentally ordered the wrong item on…

Accidentally ordered the wrong item on a Sunday and needed to cancel the order and order the correct piece. Was able to contact rep Ariana and she was able to resolve this quickly and accurately. We are happy with the outstanding service she provided representing Emma Mason.

I wish I could score them negative

I wish I could score them negative. They are not clear with their policy. Their policy says they could disassemble and assemble for a fee. I got a king bed from them, which was $1800 the headboard is massive and needs to be disassemble they are charging me $1200 for that. Does it make sense. Their delivery guys didn't have clue how to take it upstairs, was a complete mess dealing with these. They couldn't even provide instructions so i could do it myself. Stay away with this fraud company.

Great experience so far!

I just placed my first online order yesterday and was working with Fiona. She was wonderful! Friendly, professional, and very responsive. Ali and the accounting team was very quick to email me my order confirmation and payment link. So far it’s been a great experience. At this point, I am confident that the delivery and set up will be just as great. Thank you!

I dealt with Samantha who was awesome

I dealt with Samantha who was awesome! I placed an order on Saturday and sent an email on Monday asking if I couldn't add to the original order. I was informed that was not a problem. When two additional items were added to my order it became apparent that the price had increased by 30%. When I expressed my concern, Samantha immediately supported my concern and was able to work with the sales team to bring down the new price close to the sales price displayed over the weekend. I was ecstatic and was able to finish my order. Thank you Sanantha!

I began my search for answers and was fortunate enough to have gotten Cindy to Chat with about the furniture. She answered all my questions and was so courteous. Due to her being off today, she left my info with Greg to handle if I called back. He texted me before I had a chance to call him to finalize my order. Greg was super informational and extremely personable. Thank you both for your help!!!!!

I thought for sure it was a scam site

I thought for sure it was a scam site, I could only find minimal reviews but for $1,000 less for the same couches I took a chance. Ordered everything in April, received multiple emails with status updates, one out of stock delay. Received my order today in June, everything as it’s supposed to be. Phew, didn’t get ripped off, what a savings though.
