Easy access and able to download immediately. Very thorough manual with everything I needed and a ton more. I was able to download with no issues. Make sure you read the instructions that is provided on site. You cannot just download this and open it with the PDF file. You will need to download a special reader to open it and use it. It is all provided. Exceptional service before and after purchase. They respond very quickly and are very thorough in their assistance and care. Very professional and I would highly recommend. Will definitely use again. We are a small town service mechanic and this type of media is very important to our business.

I am a Korean who owns a 2009 Volvo S80 and I purchased a product with part numbers and tightening torque information to DIY parts replacement.
However, I was not able to fully utilize the information I purchased, so I requested remote assistance from emanualonlin and was ultimately satisfied with the solution.
During the above process, when the emanualonlind representative had difficulty communicating with me, a Korean, they kindly sent me a separate email with an explanation and attached pictures to help me understand. Very a sketchy. I bought a manual for. my mini, and lead to believe by the website that is was a .PDF file. It ends up being. a .OVA file, which requires you to use a piece of free software, to create a virtual machine and access the file. The interface to access the file is cumbersome, with a very poor search tool. The. actual manual content was lacking severely. I would be very careful. It seems they don't have the rights to publish some of these manuals, and use questionable method to provide access. Not worth the $40.

This format isn’t unusual; it’s used to preserve the integrity of dealer-grade software, in this case, BMW ISTA, which is how Mini Cooper diagnostics and service data are distributed at the dealership level. It’s not a basic PDF because it contains interactive functions and a structured database, not a scanned or a digital book.
We also offered assistance multiple times, including remote support to walk you through the system or upgrade you to our browser-based version that requires no installation—both of which you declined.
Your accusation that we’re circumventing copyright laws is false and unfounded. All manuals sold are either OEM-authorised or legally licensed for digital use and access.
While we understand not every customer is tech-savvy, calling a product “sketchy” because it requires a little setup is unfair, especially when support was offered at every step. Thousands of professional mechanics and DIY users worldwide use this exact same format without issue.
We’re always happy to help resolve concerns, but we stand by the accuracy of what we advertise and what we deliver. If anyone reading this is unsure about file types or formats, we always recommend contacting our support team before purchasing. Transparency is our priority, and we have a track record to prove it.

The manual I received is the right one for my 2020 Jetta, and I must say that despite the misunderstanding, they were attentive to whether the manual was ultimately useful.
The manual has several car versions, so I couldn't find mine, but after a patient search, I was able to find the information for my 2020 Jetta.
