I would like to sincerely thank Irena at East Mids Airport Randox Testing site for her help 'above and beyond' today. My daughter had mistyped my email address for the test results and despite calls to Covid.randox and email and two telephone calls, no one was able to resolve this problem. Irena sorted it in ten minutes. Well done, customer service faith restored!
