Ordered 3 bras for my mom. They are not the accurate size. A 38 is not a 38, it is more 36. The straps were uncomfortable. The cup was not size B, way too much extra room in it. Extremely disappointed. Now they want to offer me 50% back after their information was not accurate on their site and I already paid shipping and they want me to pay shipping again to return. Buyer beware...

I wear a 46G bra, and ordered that size. Their bras were too big in the band and shoulder straps, and too small in the cups.

If you want to return your items, you pay return shipping, which could be more than you paid for the bras. The only other option, besides exchanging them, is to keep them for a partial refund, but they don't tell you how much that is.AND, you're required to take pictures demonstrating your complaint!! 😡😡😡

Took a month to get here. Was not what I ordered. Decided to keep since I know I won’t get a refund. Sizing is off. Will say they are comfy, but snaps kept popping open so can’t wear anyways. A waste of money.

For customer service. I ordered 2 bras but had 2nd thoughts about the purchase after reading the reviews. I called the next day which was Saturday and had my refund by Monday.

Would give negative number if possible.
Product wasn’t even close to fitting. Made of inferior material.

They were not very supportive. I will never buy another. I am also telling friends not to buy bras. I have showed them my bras' so they can sew for themselves. When asked for refund they offer only half back. I want what I paid for them. I guess that i why there is no packing slip included with your purchase.

It does not give me the lift or cleavage promised in the online video ad...and the front part with the snaps is so uncomfortable and itchy that I had to unsnap it in the car on the way home from work because I couldn't stand it anymore!

Really disappointed. In the ads it said buy one get 3 and when I got my order I got just one. Now I call that misleading info. That was the main reason I ordered the bra cause of the 3 free ones

They don't listen to you I ordered 6 bras paid $76.?? And when I got them they were too big so I tried and tried to get in touch with them so I can exchange them finally I got a hold of them and tried to tell them what size I need but no they are sending me a size that is going to be to small and they said "you have to keep these because there are no exchanges anymore." So if you can I would go by your bras somewhere else. I think we all need to turn them in for stealing from the American people.

These people never sent me the replacement bras they promised and I waited for about a month. No resolution. I gave up and settled for a refund minus the shipping and handling fee. I have yet to receive a refund. Fortunately I took a picture of the communication that promised me a refund. I can take my case to the state attorney’s general’s office that handles consumer complaints. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Do NOT purchase these bras made & coming from CHINA , no matter how much they mislead you into thinking they are an American company they are not & I ordered 4 different sizes NOT ONE fit they person it was for. Not true to size and they ghost you when contacting them about it. 👎 THUMBS DOWN for this fraudulent company

I would give a better review, the only thing I can give the 1 star rating was the shipment arrived 4 early than expected.
I wore one of the bras for 10 hrs and it cut into me badly. I ordered a 38 B and I have sent 2 emails about replacement(s) and only received their automated reply that they received my reply and would get back to me in 24 hrs. Never happened. So unless you are absolutely sure of the sizing I suggest you not order online or from EllyMuse.com.
A very dissatisfied customer No bra, no replacements, and money.
The company finally responded and I received replacement bras in less than a week. They were very pleasant and asked a few questions so we could make the correct choices, which we did. So I will update this review to a 5 star.

I paid over $20 for this bra when they are 10 bucks on Amazon. The bra is difficult to snap and it doesn't work nearly as well as an underwire bra. What a rip off!
