Best customer service ever

I bought a pair of really scarce frames that I had been looking for for months, and they were a real bargain. The prescription I sent in was poorly typed by the MD and Elklook misread it and sent me a pair with lenses that didn't work. When I pointed this out they realized the error and sent me a correct pair absolutely free. They were completetly friendly and nice about it and did it fast. Best customer service ever

I was a bit hesitant ordering glasses…

I was a bit hesitant ordering glasses online, but in comparing to what I have previously paid for, I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. The ordering was easy in the comfort of my home and the shipping time was reasonable. The cost definitely fit into my budget and I love the look of these glasses! I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

These folks are GREAT

These folks are GREAT! They have a wonderful array of products. And for me, the best part is that I have had several immediate texts back and forth with one specific person in customer support about some questions I had. Jenny was amazing!
To have personal help, in this day and age, is sadly, a real exception.

I just ordered 2 pairs today from…

***EDIT*** Ordered on March 19th had them on the 31st...very happy with both pairs of glasses. Will definitely buy from again. Packaged very well and came really fast. My progressive prescription seems to be exact. Glasses fit well without the need for adjustment. Very pleased with this company.

I just ordered 2 pairs today from Elklook and now after reading the reviews I'm very nervous I either won't get them in the 10-14 days or they will be crappy glasses, or I won't receive them at all. I will update as we go....I hope I made the right choice

DO NOT order from them

DO NOT order from them. They stole money from me! When I ordered, they asked if I wanted to pay $1.28 for a "worry free" order. I fell for the scam. I ordered, then cancelled after reading reviews that the product is terrible. Then I asked for a refund and they only refunded me $1, and they did not refund me the $22.20. ON my Paypal account, they marked it as "refunded" so now I cannot get my money back.

Since we were not informed of your specific intentions at the time, we arranged for the shipment on the day the order was placed in accordance with the regular process. At the time you wrote your review, the package had been delivered without incident.

Also regarding the dispute you raised, we understand your concern. In order to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, as shown in email, we recommend that you cancel the paypal dispute and we will process a refund for you immediately and you do not need to return the package you have received. However, you have not heeded our advice.

Not as promised

I already had a pair of 'Elphaba' glasses (coincidentally - I received them long before "Wicked") from another vendor, and Elklook was the only place I could find that offered that exact frame with tinted lenses. Though the initial online ordering form offered only progressive lenses, not bifocals, I 'chatted', and was informed they'd make up bifocals according to my prescription. The glasses arrived today. (They are cheap frames, but that is what I expected - these are 'spares.') They are not bifocals, and I assume are progressive. I can read with them, but distance vision is totally blurred. I cannot drive or even walk in these. Staff were very polite in the chats and emails, and the delivery time wasn't bad considering they were shipped from China, but I didn't get what I ordered and was told they were making.

Sent 4 follow ups starting 1/27/25 to…

Sent 4 follow ups starting 1/27/25 to return an order. The 1st 2 emails were ignored, after the 3rd follow up a response was sent advising the company was closed for 1week due to "holiday" and would not re-open until February 4th. Sent the 4th email on 2/4/25 and have yet to receive a response. Do NOT purchase from this company.

This is hands down the worst online RX…

This is hands down the worst online RX glasses purchase I have ever made. The glasses shipped within about two hours of my placing the order, which seemed strange since they were PRESCRIPTION. The glasses were then in transit for one month with no tracking number. I sent multiple requests for the tracking info, but they repeatedly told me their logistics team could not provide it. Everything shipped from China, including the lenses. I finally received the glasses one month after ordering them. The glasses were a bit warped on pulling out of the box, but more importantly, the glasses are blurry and reflective. I cannot even use them at home in the evenings. I requested a return label and explained why. No return label was sent and the company responded by telling me their lens maker assured them that the lenses were fine despite me not being able to see out of the glasses. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting time and money.

Glasses frames were mailed in a flimsy…

Glasses frames were mailed in a flimsy box that fell apart during shipping; received and EMPTY box (no glasses frames contained therein) and box was stamped by USPS as damaged. Emailed this company (included a photo of damaged box/EMPTY and requested a full refund or replacement but have not heard back.

Cute but fragile

Glasses were super cute, but they are super fragile and have both broken within months (leg bent and then fell off, lenses kept popping out of frame and I keep popping them back in).
