Over half the boxes of tubes I ordered were crushed, the packaging it was in was in perfect, so I can only assume they chose to ship crushed boxes of tubes. I told the seller and was told they'd send replacements the next day, 2 weeks later still hadn't arrived, contacted seller again and was told they didn't send because I hadn't responded...for real? These people are liars and cheats.
