I purchased an order back in April 2025 to give the product a go. Turning 30, you start worrying about Collagen productivity and all, haha! The order came quick, not damaged at all and was packaged well. Some great elements to the order were the extras you get, like the whisk and air tight tub, I also really appreciate the calandar to keep an eye on consistency too, which can be great for neuro-spicey brains, like mine.
Sadly, even with consistency the products just didn't work for me or agree with my body, that's ok and that's what trying new things is all about and I was able to try it due to the lovely money back guarantee you recieve from the business, which makes it rather trustworthy!
That trust came through as I got in touch with Alex, the customer service team about my thoughts and experiences and they came back SUPER QUICK. Literally within mins (though some replies may be slower depending on when you send them, so keep that in mind and give them grace). They issued a full refund too and were incredibly empathetic and understanding. It honestly meant the world. I was sorry the product didn't work for me but I'm still providing a great review because really everything else was just top notch and I really feel like I was listened to. We need to stop blaming and shaming businesses for things that aren't in their control, because everything that was in their control was fabulous and appreciated.

My husband purchased some elevate gummies for me to try for my Lupus pain. The gummies did ease joint pain and help provide me a good night’s sleep. Plus, they taste great. I love that the gummies are all natural. Other brands we looked at used artificial dyes, which I was not a fan of. I would definitely recommend this product.

I’ve been using Elevates products for over two years now with excellent results. The quality is great and the strength is consistent (as opposed to other brands I’ve tried). Their customer service is great too. I had a problem with a container that had a faulty cap that wouldn’t open and they solved the problem quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

I like the emails letting me know when my product will be delivered.
The only issue is the product inconsistency. The taste and product size is not the same with each order. The taste has been very bitter with some jars.
Would like peach added as another flavor.

The mixture in your gummies works best for me. I previously used E-Hale gummies. That mixture seemed to contribute to my insomnia not so with Elevate. Will restock when I need more elevation.... thanks!

There was a prompt that popped up that asked about what I was looking for and answered a few questions and gave me a suggestion, that suggestion was right on point. I've tried the gummies for sleeping and was not disappointed. I also tried a few other carts and the flavors were good. They got the job done. Ordering was a breeze and shipment was delivered within the time it said. Will be ordering soon again.

I utilize CBD and over-the-counter THC products to help with post-surgical nerve pain and have come back to the Elevate products after trying a few brands. I particularly love the Blue Lotus Gummies and am able to tailor the dose by whether I take a half or whole gummy, depending on the pain level. Nothing else helps and so these products are life-saving for me.

No matter how badly I screw things up, they always make it right for me. True story. And my personal preference is Delta 8. Smooth, not rough, and always a reliable, relaxing, buzz. But I’m not stoned and can function well.
