My items were thrown haphazardly into the delivery container with no sort of packaging whatsoever. Made it feel cheap and does not send a good impression of the items

Do NOT order
Do NOT order. Took several week to even get tracking info. Now, a month and a half after I’ve ordered my items are marked as “delivered” but are nowhere to be found. I’ve emailed and they have responded once, but did not offer to do anything to make it right. They seem like a scam!

Elevated Faith has easily become my favorite Christian clothing brand! The quality of the clothing is great and so is the customer service. Any time I have had a question, I have always received a quick response from a team member who helps me with whatever question I have. Any time I wear clothing from Elevated Faith people ask where it is from. Not only is this a great reflection on the company itself because people want to get it after seeing the clothing, but it is also spreading the Word of God to more people!

Extremely long shipping time and terrible (nonexistent) customer service
I am shocked seeing all the positive reviews here. My experience with them has been terrible. I ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas gift on Dec. 2. They waited until Dec 12 to even print a shipping label. Today is Dec 17, and all the tracking information shows is that USPS is still "awaiting item." So, it has been 15 days since I placed my order, and it still has not begun shipping. They do not provide any phone number to speak to a customer representative (always a huge red flag), and I have not received any response to the 3 emails/online messages I have sent them on separate days over the past week. I will never shop with them again and clearly do not recommend them.
