The one star is for the équipement, which is excellent. The lack of other stars is for the fancy website that features so much about designing and building the most beautiful home gym with fabulous experts. None of which we experienced regardless of how much we asked. We were very much left to our own devices and had to do a LOT of chasing, sourcing on our own and design on our own. Absolutely disappointing and frustrating.

I placed an order and 2 weeks later I get an email to say they have forgot to post it. Terrible service do not bother attempting to order anything.

Bought and had to return a belt due to the wrong size (my fault) and the customer service people were very helpful

I ordered a lifting belt the may 1:st, it was estimated to arrive 2 days later, today is the 13:th and i still haven't got my belt. I tried calling them several times and sent two emails without any answers.

The only method of payment available on the website is Klarna, which does not work. It sends a request via your bank's app, which shows 0 EUR as amount to charge and once you approve, the checkout at eleiko.com freezes.

Why is there no PayPal as on any other reputable website??

Worst wrist wraps I have ever owned! The velcro is useless and the pop open when bench pressing. Very dangerous. They should not sell rubbish like this. What an embarrassment to their company!

I order and received wrist wraps from their website.when I bench 180 kg they literally open.when I I had a close look I see they are MADE IN CHINA.so I order from Sweden "olimpic" stuff and I receive chinese crap

Despite what the website shows Eleiko are not geared for home delivery. I ordered a set of dumbbells and the arrived literally packed on a pallet. The delivery guy wouldn't take them right to my apartment as it was only curb side delivery. I am now stuck with a large wooden pallet in my living room that I have no idea what to do with.
