This company is very dishonest. Never buy from them.Je souhaite partager ici mon expérience avec la marque Eleglide, fabricant de vélos et trottinettes électriques, afin d’informer objectivement les futurs acheteurs.
En janvier 2025, j’ai commandé un premier vélo. À la réception, j’ai constaté plusieurs points de rouille. Après réclamation, le fabricant m’a accordé un geste commercial de 200 €, sans toutefois résoudre le problème de fond.
Malgré cette première déception, j’ai décidé de leur faire confiance à nouveau et j’ai acheté un second vélo, d’un autre modèle. Celui-ci présentait un porte-bagages mal aligné. Eleglide m’a alors envoyé un nouvel élément, que j’ai remplacé, mais le défaut persistait. Après vérifications, il s’est avéré que c’était en réalité le cadre du vélo lui-même qui était tordu.
J’ai donc proposé un échange standard : ils m’envoient un vélo conforme, je leur retourne celui défectueux. Une solution simple et équitable. Mais la direction s’en est mêlée, refusant toute solution amiable et allant jusqu’à me menacer en cas de communication publique sur les réseaux sociaux.
👉 Je vous demande de partager ce lien Trustpilot au maximum, notamment sous les vidéos d’influenceurs testant la marque Eleglide. Il est toujours regrettable de se faire avoir, et j’interviens ici en tant que lanceur d’alerte.

Acheter chez Eleglide, c’est courir le risque de recevoir un produit défectueux, sans garantie d’un service après-vente fiable.
Par ailleurs, l’avenir de cette société semble plus qu’incertain. Je vous recommande vivement de passer votre chemin. Car même si votre vélo fonctionne correctement à la livraison, vous pourriez ne plus avoir accès aux pièces détachées ou au support technique dans quelques mois, en cas de condamnation par la justice – ce qui, au vu des éléments, ne fait guère de doute.
Enfin, sachez que le dossier a été transmis à la justice afin d’examiner la conformité des produits Eleglide et de demander l’interdiction de leur commercialisation en France et en Europe. Une saisine diplomatique a également été effectuée auprès de l’ambassade compétente.
I want to share my experience with Eleglide, manufacturer of electric bikes and scooters, to objectively inform future buyers.
In January 2025, I ordered my first bike. Upon delivery, I noticed several rust spots. After complaining, the manufacturer offered a €200 goodwill gesture but did not resolve the underlying problem.
Despite this first disappointment, I decided to trust them again and bought a second bike, a different model. This one came with a misaligned luggage rack. Eleglide sent me a replacement part, which I installed, but the defect remained. Further checks revealed that the bike’s frame itself was bent.
I then proposed a standard exchange: they send me a compliant bike, and I return the defective one. A simple and fair solution. However, management got involved, refused any amicable solution, and even threatened me if I spoke publicly on social media.
👉 I ask you to share this Trustpilot link as widely as possible, especially under videos by influencers reviewing Eleglide products. It’s always sad to be scammed, and I act here as a whistleblower.
I remain available for any joint legal action, with photos and evidence to support.

Buying from Eleglide means risking receiving a defective product, with no guarantee of reliable after-sales service.
Moreover, the future of this company seems highly uncertain. I strongly recommend you stay away. Even if your bike works fine upon delivery, you may lose access to spare parts or technical support within months if they are convicted by the courts – which, based on the evidence, seems inevitable.
Finally, be aware that the case has been referred to the courts to examine Eleglide’s product compliance and to request a ban on their sale in France and Europe. A diplomatic referral has also been made to the relevant embassy.

I really do like my M2 Eleglide bike, it's fast, nimble and fun to ride but the only issue I have is that they changed the design of it and I expected it to come with a throttle, as the older model did but this one didn't. I have a better seat then the older model so that's pretty cool 🤣 and a better display :3 and to prove the bikes durability to anyone reading this... (I didn't do this intentionally I swear) But while going on a trail, I fell off a cliff with the bike at 40 kmph and the bike fell all the way to the bottom of the cliff (I thought it would've been battered) but. IT WAS COMPLETELY FINE 💀🙏. THIS BIKES THE GOAT 🙏 I WISH IT WOULD BE A BIT FASTER THO SO I CAN ABSOLUTELY FLYYY 😭 I LUV U ELEGLIDE :)))

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the T1. The brakes are terrible, really close to unsafe, actually (had to spend 150 euros on an hidraulic set), and after just 1000 km, it keeps disconnecting with no apparent pattern or reason. My reseller changed the controller, but it was completely useless. Just today, my wife almost got runover by a bus in a crossing, as the bike suddenly switched off (and it gets extremely heavy to pedal without assistance, be aware). Really disappointing, to say the least. So sorry, really, as the bike is very well priced and have everything you could wish for commuting (except for the thrust, of course).

Bought Eleglide m2 about 7 months ago and have had 4 issues with the bike in total. The screen display messed up and would not read the speed and peddle assist would not work properly. Credit to Eleglide parts was sent out to fix these issues. The other two issues are brake lever keeps on coming loose and a noise that is coming from the bike when I ride. The reason for the bad review is customer service is the worst ever. I told them all issues with the bike and sent videos and they only sent parts for two issues acting like this would fix everything like they was sending magic parts or something. After this I was asked to confirm the other problems repeatedly even though I had sent videos and going back and forth I was told that I should lubricant the chain to stop the noise and that warranty for the break lever is only 14 days. Firstly I think we all know how to lubricant a chain. I already know that this isn’t the reason for the issue. Basically the Eleglide warranty is toilet paper, they do the bare minimum. Their bikes are not built to last please do not waste your money. Terrible company

I purchased my Eleglide T1 step thru e-bike via Amazon in February 2024.
I had a most wonderful year cycling and loved my bike. In May this year (2025) my bike developed a problem so, I contacted Eleglide and received an immediate and helpful response.
Via Amazon, I contacted the Dutch Agency that supplied my bike, they responded quickly, sending me the replacement part (the controller), which I was able to fit myself, and now, problem solved!
I would add, that I encountered a reluctance from some e-bike specialist shops, to look in to the problem with my bike. So I do think it would be helpful of Eleglide to establish a wider network of service support facilities in the UK, as they have an excellent and affordable product.

I recently purchased an Eleglide M2. I'm so impressed with it. It took me around an hour to assemble it out of the box. Front wheel, handlebars, saddle and pedals needed fitting. It would take less time for someone more experienced with working on bikes.
All gears were set up well straight out of the box as were the brakes. The hydraulic brakes are excellent, but do take some getting used to.
Riding it is pleasurable and the motor provides a good amount of assistance. I have had the bike 3 days and I have ridden 40 miles on it on a variety of terrains.
I needed to retighten a few of the connections once I'd ridden it a bit but this is probably normal upon getting a new bike.
The saddle is reasonably comfortable and the gears are good for a variety of hills. The build quality seems good overall.
The front suspension is a nice feature and absorbs bumps well. I am 6 foot 2 tall so opted for the 29inch wheels and the bike fits me well.
The range seems good so far although I haven't tested it to the maximum claimed range of 125km on a full charge.
A few people have commented on the bike whilst I have been out and about saying they like the look of it and I agree that it looks good.
The price point is also excellent and didn't break the bank. For the money paid I am very pleased with the bike and the delivery time (which was 3 days) and I hope the bike will give me many miles of enjoyable riding.
The addition of a rear light and mudguards would have been a nice touch however that can be easily rectified with aftermarket purchases.
I am very happy with the bike overall.
