Lots of products at good prices and fast shipping, but WEB site is slow as molasses. Placing items in the shopping cart or changes take 30-60 seconds to get a response. Reminds me of the dial-up internet days. So I took off one star.

The product and customer service is awful
The product is awful - numerous pieces are broken - and the customer service has been terrible- I have asked for a call from a manager for weeks and haven't gotten a response. I am still waiting for the information to process a return and the customer service rep is asking for more information than required in the notice when I purchased the item. I am working with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company to get this handled.
