Warning ELECTROSCOOTERPARTS.COM
Warning this company has no accountability and no help if you place an order as the Customer service Dept. is a robot and you get the same answer over and over again... So here is the story with NO HAPPY ENDING....
I did my research, I found the parts needed, I saw that it was in stock, I paid using PAY PAL (Hate this platform of payment) I received back a "Your order is processed and shipped" email. I check status online and the web site says "Pending" I contact the robot Customer Service Rep and they say oh scans take up to 4 weeks to appear on our web site.. I ask them how is that possible if it was picked up, you issued a tracking number and when I check status it shows not picked up. I ask was this shipped.. YES they say... I call back in week 2, 3, 4, 5, and finally in week 6 , I get someone's back up after saying this makes no sense and they CANCEL the order without asking me or explaining why. I write back to them (12 emails at this point) asking why and can I have this esculated and speak to a Sr. Manager or the owner of ELECTRICSCOOTERPARTS.COM I get no answer. I have tried and tried and all emails I send to them go through Customer Support and they are not forwarding them on to a higher level as to cover up the major mistake and nevermind the 7 week screw around which could of been resolved at week 1 when the order was not picked up.... I only hope others including the owner of Electrocscooterparts.com will see this and feel bad and maybe look into why and how the practices of this company are effecting his bottom line. Clearly the minimum paid Customer Service Reps don't care and they just do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck.
