I had a amazing experience with Sunshine and the good care of Irina and Alexander. From the first moment of contact till the last day of egg retrieval was the communication pleasant.
Our egg donor had 19 egg retrieved
16 were fertilized. On day 3, we had 12 embryo's and after pgt on day 5, we have frozen 9 embryo's of 4 (5AA), 5AB, 3BB,and 2 compact.

I used sunshine agency for an egg donation to a surrogacy process in north Cyprus.words can’t describe how satisfied I am with their service. Alex and Irina were great, communication was awesome and super fast. The match for the egg donor was also super quick. They provided many details regarding the donor, medical test she made and they worked with my clinic doctor closely through out the process. I really recommend using Sunshine agency. For over a year, my husband and I could not get pregnant. After several tests at the clinic, we were told - incompatibility. A friend advised me to use IVF, and I am grateful for that. We immediately found Sunshine. Everything went just fine. Alex helped us find a potential donor and was always in touch. After many unsuccessful attempts, I was on the verge of giving up and somehow luckily we came across Sunshine. Very reluctant we spoke to them and found Alex and Irina very comforting - they answered all our questions, cleared all our doubts and made us comfortable, and gave us hope. We decided to try one last time with them, in Moscow.
Right from our arrival in Moscow, they took very good care of us - arranging all local transport, were with us during all doctor and clinical visits, tests, etc and explained everything in detail and in a calm manner to us. Irina has been very helpful in answering all my questions and always reminding me about appointments to tests and taking meds and injections on time. Alex has been very supportive again and both of them took good care of us.
Luckily we are expecting now and we are glad we decided to go ahead with Sunshine.
I would recommend to all looking for hope to give Alex, Irina, and Sunshine a chance and you will not be disappointed.

I am a single woman who wanted to pursue my last children via surrogacy using donor eggs and sperm. I specifically wanted to find Kazakh egg donors, and after a lot of searching discovered Sunshine agency. I found several donors I liked and eventually chose one I really connected with. She recently traveled to Moscow for egg retrieval and I now have 15 oocytes in storage.

Through the entire process I have been communicating with Irina and I simply can't say enough positive things about her and the service of this company. She is always available even when it's very late or early for her local time, she does her absolute best to assist in every way and explain things and she is just a genuinely kind and genuinely sincere person. I never felt at any time that the agency was trying to scam or lie to me, or avoid my questions, which often happens when dealing with agencies. Their selection of donors is actually incredible. So many beautiful women to choose from. Their charges are a fraction of the cost charged by other agencies in the USA or even in Ukraine but the service is stellar. Even when I had personal difficulties that caused me to have to delay part of my payment they were patient and accommodating. It's so hard to find such truly hard-working, caring staff in an agency who give their clients individual attention but this is one agency I can vouch for 100%. There is a reason why they have so many positive reviews. If you are trying to decide on an IVF agency this is absolutely one of the best. I want to thank Irina from the bottom of my heart for the time and attention she gave us. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude. My wife and I tried to get pregnant three times in the last 5 years, did IVF with my wife's eggs, then took an anonymous donor, but it didn't work again. Irina helped us to choose a donor from Sunshine, and it worked! Now my wife is 4 months pregnant, and we are happy.

I had been working with Irina and Sunshine for a year now. For 6 months, I must have asked about over 50 donors. Never once did I feel like I was annoying Irina. She was always super fast at responding to my questions and always gave me as much information as possible about each donor. Finally, I decided on a donor. She was set to donate to another family first. Irina updated me with all of her results and communicated with me through the whole process. When the donor was set to come to my country, Covid hit. During the wait, Irina sent me updates with how the donor was doing (which made me feel connected). I had some special requests for my donor (vitamins and supplements) and Irina made the arrangements to have the donor take these (the donor agreed). During our wait, my husband and I fell pregnant. When i told Irina, she was very happy for me. She had my refund processed and the money was in my account within the week.
Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experience. In the future, if I need an egg donor, I will be coming back to Sunshine!

Despite the extremely difficult corona pandemic circumstances, we were able to enjoy an excellent service. The team of "Sunshine Egg Donation" accompanied us from the beginning and always gave us the best recommendations.

The communication was permanently guaranteed and all questions (even on weekends) were answered immediately or clarified with medical specialists.

During our trip to Russia we were personally taken care of from the moment we landed and accompanied to all medical appointments. The clinics and treatments were excellent and met a high medical standard.
