DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

If I could a zero I would. Don't buy from this company. Ordered shoes for my son's wedding a month ago still have yet to receive the item. Explained it was crucial they arrive. They offered to refund me if they didn't arrive in a couple of days.... that was 2 weeks ago. Know when I try to reach them by email the email bounces back. Putting in a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Do NOT buy from this business because you’ll never get your item OR refund Stop This website was a total scam!!!! I never received the sneakers and never received a refund.. they keep sending me emails telling me to return the package to sender first But the shoes never arrived to return them. They keep saying they’ll give me a refund once they get the shoes back, but I never even got the shoes to send them back. UPS supposedly has the package and I can’t update any delivery info because they put a weird phone number for customer info. Therefore, the notifications don’t come to me because it’s someone else’s number. This was the worst online shopping experience ever. I repeat:: Do not buy from this business because you’ll never get your item OR refund

However did not provide the solution to the key element of my problem that I needed to uncheck the use as shipping address box which would then open up the data fields for me to put in my home address which would then give the credit card company my home zip to check against

I ordered a top for my birthday

I ordered a top for my birthday. It was around $136. My birthday has coke and gone weeks ago now. And because I didnt get the item in good time I requested they cancel it and refund me. After a week of waiting they finally reply that it will take another 5-7 business days to get my refund to me. I want my refund now. I've read the horrible reviews here and I am being treated like a bank. They took my money I got no shirt. I shouldn't have to wait any longer for a refund for an item I never received. Take others advice and if you see something you like on the Editorialist, find the actual store the item is sold from. In my case it was a Maeve top from Anthropologie. Such a scam!!!

Handled with love!!

They have scammed me out of over $300

They have scammed me out of over $300. I bought an item from them and it was too big. They sent me the return label and I saw they received the package weeks ago and will not give me a refund at all. They have thrown excuse after excuse. Their numbers do not even work. I reported this to the BBB.

If this review is taken down or rejected, I’m more than happy to send over 10+ pictures of documented proof, which was also sent to the BBB.
