My only futures broker
I've been with Edge Clear for years, and it is hard to explain the level of service these guys have over every broker unless you have experienced it. For one example, when I was setting up to trade futures via unattended computer program, I was able to call my broker's phone, got through instantly, and setup a risk liquidation rule that would stop out my positions and lock me out of trading if I lost >10% of account balance in one day.
Having that level of service is rarely seen in this world, and I've seen nothing close by any other broker. At least not that I've experienced with my tiny account size. They treat even the smallest of traders with respect and I have always felt a valued customer, even though my trade size matters little.
