I had purchased a folding bike, which came in a box. Fully assembled!

Everything as advertised. Their folding biks is quite lightweight. (it is 12.7kg including pannier, stand and mudguard that came with it). It is excellent to ride, very smooth.

Looking at the various parts of the bike, it seems very well made. The folding mechanism etc are well thought of. Well done.

I have seen some reviews about weak tube. Well I am planning to add some tube slime in it so that it does not get puncture. problem solved.

Grt communication from lovely lady called anna..
And my little city ebike is absolutely excellent little bike..only 18kg so perfect for putting in car/train/tube/bus or a lift even if you live in a block of flats like myself where there is 4 doors to get into my flat...
(Had bigger fat tyre bike b4 was nitemare getting it into flat or all the mention above)

Had similar city ebike (engwe T14)
Was much heavier..not as nice and more expensive...

This one is much more responsive...eg turn crank/pedal a quarter of a revolution n ur off surprisingly quickly...

Keep it on p a s mode 1 if ur a new owner...

Probably going to buy another one or maybe even 2 for my daughter's...

Iv had several ebikes all shapes n sizes but i would very thoroughly recommend this brand/and company...
They couldn't have been more helpful...
Makes a v nice refreshing suprise...
This bike also conforms with uk laws so i won't be risking 8 points on my driving licence nor getting bike confiscated...

I ordered two bikes after doing a lot of research, the bikes were great and well made and, I felt, were of reasonable cost. The only hiccup was a failure to deliver the order next working day as promised. This was down to a failure of the courier not the supplier who was both helpful and supportive. Other than this I am now the proud owner of two fantastic bikes.

Bought two foldable bikes last summer,fantastic value and easy to put up and down, after 8 months my wife's bike had a small fault, I contacted Ecosmo in the hope that they MIGHT help... they actually went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I can honestly say this is THE BEST service that I have received from any online provider.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone...100%

This company is a pleasure to deal with. I ordered the bike on Sunday afternoon, it was despatched Monday and delivered Tuesday morning.

The bike was great value for money and easy to assemble. It is lightweight and can be put into the car.
My only complaint is that I am unable to fold it. The release mechanism doesn't release the centre bolts. I would be grateful if someone could let me know how to do this.

The gear change was so easy compared to other bikes that I have had. The bike is very comfortable to ride and is compact too. I love the fact that you can alter the handlebars and seat with the onboard tools.
