Nothing but a great experience. One of my EcoFlow Delta 3 Pro was faulty from the factory and it was replaced within 2 days. Over 3 years experience with buying from EcoFlow. I'm a big fan.

Their customer service is slow and…

Their customer service is slow and awful. Only emails and takes so long to get a reply and then often just standard copy paste replies. They resolved none of my issues and it was impossible to return a faulty product that was faulty upon delivery so I lost £1000 on the wave 3

We are satisfied. The employee was friendly and helpful. He listened to our concerns, took note of everything, and contacted the technical department. After about 90-120 minutes, we had an answer. After a brief test, the problem was not with the EcoFlow product.

Ecoflow Delta 2 Max

Ecoflow Delta 2 Max, recently purchased, still testing my appliances in my cellar to iron out any eventual problems before fulltime vanlife. For the moment performs as advertised. Very solid build and delivered well packaged. No problems with either delivery or payment. If my product has no problems and my finances improve, I will definately buy my future solar panels and alternator charger from Ecoflow.

Check whether they will deliver in a timely manner

We are not enjoying our product as we have not had it yet. We received the solar panel and received an email saying that the powerbank had also been delivered on the 24th of June. But it had not. Many emails later where Ecoflow is blaming the transporter, we are now told we can refuse the delivery at home and they will redeliver to our holiday destination. How can we refuse the delivery when we are supposed to be on holiday? It does not make sense!
So we have delayed our departure hoping we will still get the powerbank within days and Ecoflow is suggesting a 2% refund. What a joke!!!
So disappointed as it had been recommended to us

Evri making EcoFlow look bad

Ordered a delta 3, 160w solar panel and alternator 800w.

Not EcoFlow fault but Evri delivery was far from acceptable. Firstly the delta and solar panels were dropped over a 6ft fence into my garden as I was not in!!!

The alternator was left on the doorstep and photo evidence shows this kit over £200 left on the doorstep as Evri are too lazy!

I raised with EcoFlow and evri and was pretty much told tough sht! EcoFlow said I should report to police and evri passed responsibility back to EcoFlow!

So I now have to purchase another alternator!

My advice if your buying from EcoFlow make sure you don’t get stitched up with evri doing the deliveries!

Been nearly 2 wks since paying for Delta max 2 , nobody knows where it is DHL dont know, ecoflow dont know !!!!! Honestly a crap company MIC ,,,, not really suprised we now just want a refund , see how long that takes !!

Ecoflow has very great Products and very costumer orientated services.
Sadly the delivery process is very slow as well as the reply and actions from the costumer services. But it‘s still very top notch in total.
