I booked a 10 PM bus via @EaseMyTrip. Waited from 9:45–11:45 PM with my 1-year-old baby, bus never arrived. Driver said "wait" then “bus broke down,” then “arranging alternate,” then “just now starting.” I returned home without travel.
EaseMyTrip still refuses refund saying delay was only 1 hr 15 mins. That is completely false. I sent proof (screenshot), still no action.
Very poor service and support. Never using again.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a recent flight booking made through your platform.
After successfully purchasing the flight ticket using my SBI Credit Card, I was shocked to discover that the transaction was incorrectly categorized under a Utility Bill MCC (Merchant Category Code) instead of being classified as a Travel or Airline-related purchase. Due to this misclassification, I have been denied the 5% cashback that is normally applicable under my credit card's rewards program for travel bookings.

The worst travel agent in history- My cousin booked a flight to India via Doha, using this company via their website . His wife was due to give birth aboard and this was the only agent that offered flights that suited him . The evening prior to his departure with Qatar Airline, the war between Iran and Israel happened. He received an email from the airline stating all flights via Doha were cancelled. This affected my cousin . He rang the agent at EaseMyTrip and they had NO Knowledge of any cancellations . He decided to go to the airport at 5.30am and was told the flight had been cancelled and if passengers had booked via a travel agent to contact them to get a refund . He rang and was told that he was a no show and there was no issue with the flight … in essence accused my cousin of lying !!! He has submitted numerous documents of proof that he was at the airport and the flight was cancelled- to date this awful company will not refund his ticket - totally shambolic and this travel agent should be avoided at all cost - my poor cousin missed the birth of his children …..absolutely disgusting

Would give 0 stars if possible as awful experience and wont use them again. I booked a flight to Bali and paid the 700 EaseMyTrip quoted. I then get a call 3 days later saying i need to pay another 300 or 150 because they cant get the tickets at the cost they quoted or will cancel and refund. So even though its their fault (a multi million $$ company on a publicly listed exchange) I'm the one who has to pay more. Guy on the phone was rude and couldn't care less about my position. He then rings up 5 mins later and tries to say that i only have to pay an extra 100 if i want to keep this flight. The company is a joke.

🚨 Unethical Workplace Experience at EaseMyTrip.com (May 2025) 🚨
I’m writing this to bring attention to an extremely disappointing experience I had during my tenure at EaseMyTrip.com as a Flight Support Executive (EMP Code: ETSD09024).
I joined the company on 17th February 2025 through a college placement drive by Brainware University, with the hope of beginning my career with honesty and dedication.
During the time of hiring, we were promised by the HR — Ms. Neha Shareen and Ms. Soyana Wali — that we would be granted exam leave as per our university exam schedule. As instructed, we submitted our leave requests and later received official approval for leave till 31st May 2025.
I continued to serve the company till 24th May 2025, and even worked on week-offs that were cancelled by our manager, as we were about to go on approved exam leave. I complied with every direction, without protest, out of respect for the role and responsibility.
However, when the May 2025 salary was due, I was shocked to find out that I had been marked as absconding and informed that I would not be paid at all — despite:
✅ Serving till 24th May 2025
✅ Approved leave till 31st May 2025 (in writing)
✅ Working on cancelled week-offs
✅ Following all managerial and HR instructions
I tried to escalate the matter to Vice President Mr. Nikhil Kumar, but no support or resolution was provided. To make matters worse, Reporting Manager Sonali Singh, Assistant Manager Devendra Sharma, and the HR team have completely stopped responding to my calls or concerns.
📢 This is deeply disheartening, especially for freshers like us who enter the industry with trust and sincerity. Working without pay after fulfilling all duties — including extra shifts — is not just unethical, it’s exploitative.
All I’m asking for is what I rightfully earned —
* I fulfilled all my duties with honesty and discipline — now I rightfully demand the salary I earned for May 2025.
* No one should have to beg for what they’ve already worked for — I want my May 2025 salary released without further delay.
To students and professionals — Never Trust EaseMyTrip.

This company accepted payment as advertised for my flight, then rang me to say the flight price had changed and I would need to pay the difference (in excess of 90 UK pounds). When I explained this was really not acceptable, a refund was only possible apparently “within five weeks time”. Just terrible customer service, felt really dodgy. Avoid!

It appears the response was just for appearance’s sake. Suggest to escalate the matter through the appropriate channels.

I booked round-trip tickets from Manchester to Hong Kong for three passengers via EaseMyTrip.co.uk on 3 July 2025. I received a confirmation email immediately, but nearly 24 hours later, the ticket status remained “Pending” with no Airline PNR or ticket numbers issued.
On 4 July, I received a call from their representative, who claimed the ticket price had gone up (From £4284.5 to £47XX) and asked me to pay extra to proceed. I declined and requested a full refund instead. They said this would take 15–20 working days — a timeline I find unreasonable given that the tickets were never issued and the service was not fulfilled.
I explicitly asked for written confirmation of the refund via email, but they refused to provide any written follow-up — all communication was verbal. This is unprofessional and concerning, especially when no ticket has been issued and no receipt of refund is documented.
Later that day, I checked the exact same flight again — both on Google Flights and EaseMyTrip’s own website — and found the price was only slightly higher than my original booking (My booking £4,284.5; current price as of 5 July £4,289, and listed on Google Flight at £4,079) , by just a few pounds. This raises serious questions about whether their “airline fare increase” explanation was ever genuine, or simply a tactic to upsell.
I’ve since emailed them but have received no proper written response or refund confirmation.
Reading recent reviews, I realise I’m not alone — many users report similar experiences: booking accepted, no ticket, followed by a call demanding more money, and slow or missing refunds.
This has disrupted our travel planning and damaged my trust in the platform.

They pressured me to pay more after I already bought the ticket!
I purchased a flight ticket through EaseMyTrip, paid in full, and received confirmation. A day later, I was contacted and told that the price had increased and I had to pay an additional £160. I refused. Then they started lowering the amount (£139, £125, £120), pressuring me like a shady backroom deal.
When I asked for a full refund, they claimed it was “not possible” and blamed a £100 airline penalty — which makes no sense. The ticket was never issued, I never received an e-ticket number, and it was their own system that failed to complete the booking.
No legitimate company invents fake penalties or tries to squeeze extra payments after a sale.
I am filing a chargeback and reporting this publicly. Avoid this company — I do not recommend them.

I booked 2 tickets to Singapore from London on 2nd July. As many others have found, a Transaction Confirmation email was issued and the (large) payment taken on Amex. Today (4th July) a representative called to say the inbound leg was confirmed but we had been waitlisted for the outbound. To come off the waitlist would cost an extra £800. The explanation was a fare increase at the airline end. I pointed out to the call agent that under UK contract law, the binding contract is established when the customer agrees the price for the offered service and the consideration (payment) is accepted by the seller. The agent became very pushy and I asked for a refund. After much conversation he agreed to refund in 7 - 14 days. This is not acceptable and I will now need to press everyday. I booked a flight through EaseMyTrip UK, paying £689, only to be told afterward that the fare had increased and I needed to pay an additional £160 (later dropped to £135) to secure the booking. Yet the same flight — on the same day — was still available on their own website for just £544. This is blatant misrepresentation and an insult to customer intelligence.
When I contacted them, the customer service was appalling. I received automated responses, no clear resolution, and was pushed to give verbal confirmation over the phone without any written breakdown of what I was agreeing to. I formally requested a copy of the recorded call under UK GDPR, which they unlawfully refused.
They’ve shown a complete reluctance to communicate professionally, take accountability, or handle customer concerns in writing — despite repeated emails and formal notices.
I am now escalating this to the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) and filing a Small Claims Court case for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and GDPR violation.

It`s my first time I used EMT to book flight. I recently booked a flight from Delhi to Pune using EaseMyTrip. The flight fare was initially shown as ₹5,000, but when I reached the final payment page, the price suddenly increased to ₹5,974- without any clear explanation or breakup of extra charges.
This kind of hidden pricing is very disappointing and feels deceptive. Customers deserve price transparency throughout the booking process.

A day after I booked the tickets, a representative contacted me via WhatsApp to inform me that the flight had not yet been issued and that there was a price difference of £95 per person. I requested a full refund, but they claimed the tickets were non-refundable. Since I paid with Amex, I made it clear I would dispute the payment if the issue wasn’t resolved. Suddenly, the tickets were issued...for just a £15 per person increase. An absolute joke.

I booked flight tickets with Nok Airways through EaseMyTrip. The flight was cancelled by the airline well before departure, and I was told the refund would be processed within 45 days. It has now been over 50 days. Despite calling them almost every second day and sending 5+ emails, I’ve received no update, no refund, and no resolution. Every agent I speak to just asks me to wait another 24–48 hours—with no follow-up whatsoever.
EaseMyTrip is falsely blaming Nok Airways for the delay, claiming they haven’t received the refund. However, Nok Airways has officially confirmed in writing that the refund was already processed and paid to EaseMyTrip.
This is not just negligence—this is outright dishonesty and harassment. I’ve been chasing my rightful refund endlessly, with no accountability from EaseMyTrip.
Think twice before booking with them.

I searched my flight from London - Jakarta through google flights, and they bring me to EaseMyTrip as it showed the cheapest.
However a day later, a representative contacted me via WhatsApp telling there’s additional fee to pay, around 116GBP. I have checked the airlines, they still have the same price I bought. Their reason is because the live inventory system has a different fare, which never the case when I bought my flight through others.
I keep pushing them to do a total refund, they said it’s a non-refundable. However after I’m being pushy, they said it would be refunded. I do hope it would be refunded, I will keep following them up everyday or I will take legal action.
We will see for the next days ahead.
