Good company

These guys do a really good job. A couple of emails back-and-forth with pictures and I had it on my doorstep in about a week! Highly recommended!

New Quick release for my Scorpion helmet!

My wife has an LS2 helmet with a quick release from the factory. I was considering buying a new helmet until I came across your quick release. After receiving it, it was extremely easy to install with no modifications at all. I highly recommend this quick release for any helmet. The folks at Eagle Leather very helpful and communication is first rate.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING…

The customer service was OUTSTANDING right off the bat. Operator error on my part, shipping address was wrong..I order it online and after hours so I immediately emailed them to correct the issue. I called the next day and it was already fixed. Upon arrival ( received within 5 days) I received the best quality leather vest Ive have ever purchased (leather anything). I'd HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying from Eagle Leather. Thank you for a great experience.

Great communications on the process of…

Great communications on the process of my order throughout the process. However, the item I ordered was the last one available, and no more due in, it came in missing a nut. It was easier to find one in my shop than to communicate it back to the store. I would purchase things from them in the future… especially now that i know it’s primarily a motorcycle accessories shop.

On the Eagle Leather website I found what I wanted with a significant Black Friday discount. I used the sizing chart provided to make sure I had the right fit. I’ve been happy with previous purchases so I bought the “Men’s Plain 4 Snap Black Leather Vest.” I received helpful updates tracking my order. It arrived when I expected it to and the best fit perfectly. I’m very happy with this purchase experience.

Fit is on spot, super duper helpful support via phone to get sizing right & I am so happy with the quality & detail on jacket. Heirloom quality.
I have gotten so many compliments❤️🙏
I am 5”3 weight range 126-132 & med was spot on. I am bigger busted & this is not too tight for my bust or shoulders.

I’ve bought products from Eagle Leather…

I’ve bought products from Eagle Leather for years, from toolkits, chaps, heated gear and helmets. Generally always received good products with the exception of one vest that had several zippers break. First was replaced under warranty, second I was told needed to be paid for and left at the store which wasn’t an option. But overall EL is a great local store with a decent (not great) selection of helmets and other riding gear.

Sales person was great

Sales person was great, we found a pair of over riding pants to purchase. He took measurements, and we were then told to wait for them to be cut to size. We waited for over 30 min, at that point the tailor finally told us he would not be able to get to them tonight. He could not take 1 minute to cut a straight line. Nor tell us 30 min prior he would not be able to help us. (When he saw us waiting.) Zero communication by staff, great sales person lost a sale due to the tailors lack of effort and communication.
