On February 4th, 2025, I paid them €5,994 via bank transfer to purchase a BMC FOURSTROKE LT LTD bicycle that was on offer. After a month and a half, I had still not received the bike and was forced to request a refund. They confirmed that I would receive my money back within a week. As of today, April 16th, 2025, I have received nothing. Furthermore, they are not responding to my emails or phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the police, reported the incident to the European Consumer Centre Greece, and contacted my bank to reverse the transfer. These people are scammers.

Do not buy. They are completely scammers. Purchased a bike on January 2025 , comunication was ok, they said to me there are delays from their supplier had to wait 2 months to realize they will not sent the bike and were lying. I asked for a refund theh said to me they will refund but nothing yet. I make a claim through my visa card bank and report them to the police. Avoid them at any cost.

Ordered bike, they were good with communication atthe start. I then cancelled order and asked for a refund. They have sent fake debit details by Rabobank but money was never returned even on several requests. After it they stop answering and shout down the page

The company is a well-established fraud gang!
The payment was more than suspicious.
There was first communication, in the name of a non-existent person, promising bribery.
No product, no money!!!!

I have ordered 2 bikes and now no money, no bikes. They communicate for a while at the beginning, give a discount and that's it.
They use ABN AMRO bank.
Be careful, don't buy!!!

Too good to be true. I paid them almost 3600 euros for the bike. I got nothing. I asked for a refund. They sent me a bank statement, but the money was gone. Fraud!

Attention, scammers. I ordered a bicycle. After a couple of hours I began to understand that they were scammers and I asked to cancel my order. They said that they would return the money within 7 days. The deadline has passed, there is no money, and they no longer respond to my letters.
