Order received incompletely

Ordered Dyson airwrap complete long volumise and product arrived without diffuser. Customer support was contacted and I received 4 different information. I still paid for an accessory that I’ve not got it due to different reasons.
Disappointing service, lack of offered solution and long waiting time.

They do not sell replacement vacuum…

They do not sell replacement vacuum batteries in Romania. Every other country, yes, but not in Romania (as usual).

I tried contacting support about my failing V8 Animal's battery... they had no solution. Batteries "aren't in stock now" (they never are, the link just leads to a 404 error every time!), and for some reason they don't service them either. The implication was to buy a new vacuum...

It's a pity because the product is unmatched, but it's still not worth it if you have to get a whole new vacuum every two years. No to mention the environmental damage that would cause.

Worst place to buy something from!!

Worst place to buy something from!!! Very hard to contact them. And they are taking a long time to process a refund for a product that was refused upon delivery. They are investigating for 3 weeks now. There are a lot of other better options to buy Dyson from. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Degusting experience

I have ordered a vacuum cleaner V15 on 3rd of November (payment made by card). After about an hour of making the ordered, I contacted the call center and let them know that I am no longer interested in the product and that I would want to cancel my order. They told me I have to wait for the product to arrive (from Germany). 8 days passed and the product arrived (11 of November). I refused the order and arrived back to their warehouse on 27th of November. It has been almost a month and I still have not received my money back. Based on their policy, they have 15 days from the day it arrives back to them to send back the money. After the 15 days passed, I called them. They told me they made a request for me to make the payment more urgent and in maximum 5 days I shall be contacted by financial dept to get my money back. 7 days passed since that day and I still have not been contacted nor received my money back. I contacted every single day the call center and asked to speak to a supervisor or someone competent in answering my questions; all the answers I receive are "we cannot do anything, you just have to wait". Absolutely DO NOT recommend. I would not advise even my enemies to order from them. Degusting experience talking to their call center. They even told me once that it's my fault that I am too impatient to get my money back and that's why it's taking that long.
