Uncommunicative, product not received

I ordered a product on June 9, 2025. As I write this, it is July 1, 2025. I have been told the product has been shipped. Yet it has not arrived. I had to reach out to the company to even get a status and an "apology." I am very disappointed in this company. Had they reached out first and kept in touch with me regarding delays, I might be more inclined to do business with them again. Yet it was only after I said I would dispute the charge on my credit card that I was told that they had "just shipped" my product. I did continue to receive profuse email thanks for having ordered, but that, to my, is not the same as explaining a nearly 30 day delay in shipping. Will seek a different provider next time

Unprofessional sketchy company

This business is insanely unprofessional and fraudulent. I ordered from them a month ago, and decided to cancel my order after it had been processing for over two business weeks (they conveniently forgot to mention on their website that the items they are selling aren’t actually on hand/in stock). I had reached out to the company multiple times over the course of those two weeks before canceling, asking for updates on my order, and they ignored me. I only ever received a response from them after leaving a negative review about my experience.

They finally agreed to give me a refund on the order… one that I still have yet to receive, over ten business days later. I asked Dynamic Pure why I haven’t received any receipt or update about this refund they initiated. Dynamic Pure then said they’d send me a refund receipt, which I also never received. Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend spending money with this business, as they do not take pride in customer service, nor communication. I have yet to receive any product or refund from them, and they only care to respond to customer concerns if you leave a negative review on their site.

Useful product for pain.

My rating of 4 stars. I can not buy this product at my local stores so you were my next best option. My only problem with your company was I never got any updates on shipping and why when I ordered this product on 5/12/25 and IF it was coming from Texas why didn't I receive it already. I did get a telephone call after a couple of emails that the nice lady told me it was being shipped. Today is 6/2/25 and so far I have not received this shipment. Hoping it arrives in a few days. Keeping my fingers crossed. If I need to order more I will think twice because of the lack of communication plus the price.

Haven’t received my order

I placed an order on April 28th and after the incalculable email confirmation, I have received anything. My Credit card was charged on the 28th but whenever I log on, my order says processing. Ive sent several emails and used on the online chat but I never receive a status.

The CBD gummies came recommended by my…

The CBD gummies came recommended by my doctor for my insomnia. I tried them but they did not help me. I had to try them for me to determine if they worked. The company refused to give me a refund because the item was opened. My experience was poor and I’ve let others l know not to purchase from your company. Next time I’ll go directly to Charlotte’s Web as they were much more customer oriented.

I have sent several emails about this order and have never received any communication...I never got my 10% discount because it was my 1st order even though a young ladt called and said she would refund me the 10%.
