Received the ankle boots today. Quality looked good but the chemical smell was absolutely horrible! Instant pounding headache as soon as I opened the box. Had to put the boots outside and throw away all the packaging. My hands even smelled of this horrible chemical after touching them. It’s a very toxic smell! Finally decided to toss the boots instead of returning them (i.e., to prevent them from being sold to another woman who would have been exposed to this toxicity).

it was easy to order on dwarvesshoes.com and i had no issues checking out and making payment. my shoes were delivered as they advised and are very nice. i have not had any issues where i had to contact the company...so i guess that is good sign. i love my new platform oxfords.

I was sooo pleasantly surprised when the shoes came! They fit perfectly, and will be my new favorite shoes. I have already asked if they can be custom made in other colors, so I will have more than one pair. Communication is delightful and shipping to Norway was fast and free of charge. Also no customs to pay. Will buy more from this store.

I can't express enough how much I love the shoes I purchased! They've quickly become my go-to pair, and on the rare occasions I’m not wearing them, I find myself wishing I was. The quality of the leather is fantastic—so soft and comfortable, but still durable enough for everyday wear. The soles are thick and sturdy, giving the shoes a solid feel. While they’re not the most grippy on the bottom, it hasn’t been a huge issue for me, but I would recommend avoiding slippery surfaces just in case. I’ve already recommended these shoes to several people, and I would absolutely encourage anyone to give them a try. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes a month ago. Never recieved shoes. Receieved and email saying they were about to be delivered and had to use tracking to find out the company said they had a "delivery problem." Dwarves Shoes has not replied to 4 emails or contact on WhatsApp like they say they would I sent the emails over a week ago. The website also says you can contact their partner company Pinkoi to sort out issues. Pinkoi asks for a 16 digit order number that was never issued. Do Not trust this company it is not legit.

I purchased Soft Leather Summer Slippers Golden Yellow. They arrived quickly and are well made. It was a little tricky figuring out the sizing. You need to measure your foot and ask customer service for best sizing if you are unsure. Customer service was very responsive.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews that they wouldn't fit and I wouldn't be able to send them back due to cost, but they fit true to size. Also very nice quality, soft leather, very comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase

I ordered a pair of boots and the smell was awful. I literally had to throw them away. 94.99 down the drain. To ship back was ridiculous. Never again! And the color looked NOTHING like the picture. They looked like some kind of PU leather. Very disappointed.

Response to reply. I gave these shoes months to ventilate and for the smell to go away. It never did. Oh well, I threw them away that's how bad they smell (even in the trash) you could still smell them!

I am extremely impressed with this companies customer service and how easy it was to exchange a pair of boots I bought that were slightly too big. The boots are very well made, of excellent quality and unique hand craftsmanship. I highly recommend purchasing their high quality footware.
