We discussed what was going on with Cinnamon and went over a few options and decided together what would help her and make her feel better and it was all from my house which is really nice cause getting Cinnamon in the car is a fight she hates leaving the house It was an absolutely great experience and Cinnamon gets the medicine she needs without all the stress !!! Amazing Service!

The doctor was friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each one. I was able to get an appointment quickly on a Sunday, which is outside of my regular vet’s office hours.

Very informative and convenient

Accessability

this was my first time in 9 month of enrollment.now it just cost a yearly member ship to treat same problem that occured to my female dog.

The vets are great

The vets are great, but Dutch itself and the techbros running it are shady AF. I highly recommend al Amy’s having your prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. They have wording to discourage this and claim it will take longer but I paid $20 for “overnight” shipping and it is literally arriving 5 days after I ordered it, 6 days after the appointment. I emailed them repeatedly and they gave me some BS AI response and said they would refund the overnight shipping gift did t arrive I. 24 hours (3 days after I ordered it) which it has not. But they also won’t cancel or refund the order. So if I want the antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time I have to pick it up locally here, and pay for it twice because they won’t refund the order that they failed to deliver in a reasonable time frame even with the most expedited shipping option.

Also, there are never same day appointments available as they claim, which was included in the listing provisions of the annual plan that I purchased, and I can’t seem to schedule more than one visit at a time (I have 4 pets). It does not deliver what it claims to when you sign up.

Our customer service team did assist with applying a price match and ensuring your total order discount was honored. Unfortunately, your order was placed right before a holiday weekend, which contributed to the shipping delays, we completely understand how disappointing that can be, especially when expedited shipping was selected.

To make things right, we’ll be refunding the rush shipping fee, as the delivery did not meet the promised timeframe. We also want to clarify that prescription transfers are absolutely supported, we’re here to help with that process if needed. The only limitation is that we’re unable to transfer a prescription once it has already been fulfilled by our pharmacy.

Regarding appointment availability, we typically do offer same-day visits, but slots can fill quickly depending on demand. That said, we’re actively working to expand access and have passed your feedback along to our team to help improve the experience, especially for multi-pet households.
