Hi Durato, I understand customer reviews are an important part of a business for presenting a "Trusted Brand" to future customers. Since purchasing my item I have been asked 5x for different reviews, unfortunately since purchasing my item on 01-06-2025 your tracking system says my package has moved from your warehouse to the sorting facility (still in China) this has only taken 12 days? My suggestion would be, focus on service and quicker delivery times and your reviews will be more positive and freely provided by your customers rather than requested.

An addendum to the review I posted.
I have had a few email exchanges with Emma from customer service.
I explained (after the initial rejection email when I posted the following review) to Emma my issues.
She responded with apologies, and an explanation of the company policies, and reached out with some potential compromise to the no return policy.
I replied with a further email and suggested some modifications to her suggestions.
In the end I want to say not only am I satisfied, I am ABSOLUTELY HAPPY with the resolution.
Emma has done a wonderful job and restored faith in this company.
They are even willing to exchange the pants for a different colour, even though it appears that I was the one who erred in the colour choice.
I have offered to pay for shipping, as some of this is my fault, but haven't heard from the company as to the actual what's and wherfores regarding shipping, company to be used etc. I do take responsibility for my mistake, and liability for the cost in fixing that, should Durato want. And if they don't, then I raise to them even more props!
So as of this time, if Durato follows through, I am changing my review to extremely positive.
And I implore Durato management, Emma is a super star, I cannot state how impressed am with her and her customer service. Emma deserves huge KUDOS, and a raise.

I purchased shorts and long pants from this company. Received the size and colour's that I wanted. Liked the product to purchase more. Order to reception was slightly over 3 weeks, not Amazon speed, but I could live with it.
I loved the product, enough to order more, knowing this slow delivery time. Again, not an issue for me.
I ordered another pair of pants, shorts and the outerwear raincoat. Now granted I am not a professional tailor, but for the coat I measured around my chest and the length of the arm, from the shoulder. Based on those numbers, and thier "sizing chart" I order the 4XL (for reference i ordered the 5XL for pants, I am a large man).
Again about 3 weeks for delivery.
The shorts, khaki, were perfect, as expected.
The pants were a medium dark green.
The jacket, supposed t9 be khaki, looks more toward a dark mustard brown/yellow, not the medium sand/tan of khaki, as the shorts were.
Issue being, the confirmation email, after i placed the order, said the pants were BLACK, not green. Admittedly the size was correct. It is possible, I suppose, that I inadvertently hit the green rather than black colour selection.
Second Issue, the 4XL coat is simply too small. If I flex my shoulders, I will rip the back of the coat out, when I reach my arms forward, the cuffs are over 6 cms short, and zipp8ng it up it is extremely tight.
So, I asked for an exchange on the pants, and a refund on the coat (the only size up on the coat is 5XL, and the sleeves are inly 2 cm longer, so not a fit for a raincoat)
I was informed by Emma, mentioned elsewhere in a different review, that as I am in Canada, as there is no legal requirement, they will not be doing an exchange or a refund.
I had even sent her a copy of the original confirmation email PROVING the pants were ordered in black. She said green. I lose. Period.
The lost a repeat customer over about $100.00 Canadian foe the coat.
And I would even pay for the shipping, bot ways, on the pants, even OFFERED that, but was still told, no, we don't have to refund or exchange as in Canada we are not required to for non defective product.
What really irritates me is they say on thier website into page that there are hassle free exchanges.
Wait until you read all the way at the back of the document.
I will never be using them again. And I will be doing my level best to educate others NOT to use this scamming terrible customer service company. X, Facebook, YouTube, local community newsgroups, wherever I can bright this company in its bottom line, I will.
Shorts are good though, if you can get the right color and size.

Would give zero stars if I could. Aside from their laughable shipping times (took close to a month to receive, you can find gear of the same quality, if not better, from Amazon and it will be at your door in a day or two). This brand uses their website to mislead shoppers into thinking they carry good quality gear. THEY DO NOT. Not only was I extremely disappointed with the quality, they also did not ship my entire order. They claimed to do a "thorough" investigation to send to quality control based off a single image of an opened package which was missing 4 out of the 5 pairs of socks I had ordered. I received a response the next day saying they would not send me what I paid for because the package was opened. I guess they believed I had some time to waste so I could try to con them out of 4 pairs of socks? Maybe its just me, but when I finally receive a package from anywhere the first thing I do is open it. This is the most unreliable brand I have ever dealt with, I will never use them again. Don't waste your money.

Ordered trousers 11 days ago. Not even been packed yet. I know the products come from Asia bit 11 days to pack some trousers is an absolute joke. Will be sending them back IF they arrive as I bought some which took 2 days total to arrive.

To be totally fair to Meia Luna - I should add that the watch strap itself was wonderful. A shame the shipping was such a nightmare...
Shipping is seriously slow - according to the package tracking, timeline is as follows:
17 May: shipping information received.
26 May: parcel shipped.
29 May: ETA Dubai.

Shorts (Tactical cargo shorts) were nothing like expected - thin, shiny, gold material felt anything but hard wearing and abrasion resistant.
I then discovered that the company do not give full refunds but offer 30% or choice of another item. I wouldn't risk another item and won't be shopping with this company again.
