I am surprised by all the bad reviews, this is the only place I trust to buy my feeders from. I've always had a good experience for over 5 years, even if something happened to be wrong with my order it was always fixed in a professional manner. I live in a very rural area and can always count on them.

Great bugs, shipping and customer service
Living in Alaska there are zero good options to buy isopods or Dubai’s or any bugs really. Having them shipped is also extremely risky due to weather and climate, but I have had such great experiences with dubiaroaches.com! Not a single dead on arrival which is unheard of , I am so impressed with the few orders I’ve received. The roaches and isopods are healthy and thriving months later. Customer service was super helpful when ups messed up causing my springtail starter to arrive destroyed they immediately offered to either send a replacement free of charge, refund me immediately or the give me store credit no questions asked. Customer service also gave great advice on how to care for each critter I bought . I will be a longtime customer with them for sure. Also every shipment I ordered I paid for 2 day shipping and they all arrived on the 2nd day. Definitely worth a look if you need feeders

I "Was" a long time customer
I was a long time customer, but the company seems to have changed. They no longer care about customer service. They offer discount codes that never work and they send bugs that are dead or under the amount ordered. The delivery always takes longer to arrive than promised, yet it is the customers responsibility to be there when they arrive. They ask for a photo of proof, but when you send it to them they always have an excuse of why its not their fault. The reps are not helpful and are patronizing. After many years of being a customer of Dubia.Com, I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are a ton of other competitors out there to choose from. I would not advise using them if you have other options.

Best reptile supplies
I would recommend DR's insects and supplies to anyone with reptiles or amphibians. I've been buying from them for years now. The customer service is incredible, the prices are very fair, quality is very good, and shipping is quick.

What is happening to this place??
They used to be on point with live insects and shipping. Now, sometimes i will have less insects than what i paid for. if I pay for Fed Ex 2 day shipping, it takes 4 days to get it. I could have paid less for regular shipping. What a rip off. It was too good to be true.

Never arrives when they should
The bugs never arrive when they are supposed to. The response from customer service is always "give it a few more days". I will be finding a new supplier. One that actually gets the bugs to you when they say they will.

Recieved my 200 dubias ALIVE
Recieved my 200 dubias. Ordered 100 large 100 medium. They arrived alive and proper sizings. Came with egg containers inside of a vented typical insect cup.

Defective bulbs no refunds
I purchased an almost $50 mercury vapor bulb recently and it is not as advertised. It barely puts out ANY uvb according to my uvi meter. Guess I’m SOL since they don’t accept returns even when an item is defective.

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company. We have ordered from them three times. The first time was great, second time micro size roaches were sent instead of what we ordered. They said it was "normal" to get variety. None were the expected size, definitely not a variety. We let it go and tried again with the black Friday sale. We received
almost 50 less than the 300 we ordered. I contacted the company, 11 emails later, they begrudgingly agreed to give less than half of what it would cost to reorder the missing ones and said they shouldn't even do that. They have awful customer service and won't take responsibility for what probably was a simple mistake.

The enclosure I ordered arrived with…
The enclosure I ordered arrived with tons of shipping damage. Dubia refuses to replace the item and will only send replacement parts that I can prove don’t function.
I didn’t pay almost $500 for a scuffed up enclosure and I don’t trust the stability considering how extensive the damage is.

Usps shipping. I never got my $79 order. They are probably crawling all over the post office. I hope this company goes out of business if they can't learn the shouldn't use the world's most unreliable source of shipping to ship live bugs.

Terrible service and shipping is beyond slow. They lie and say 2-3 day shipping and instead it takes 2-3 weeks. About 15-20% of roaches are dead on arrival. Not willing to make it right for slow or lost shipments.

Received dead roaches in my order that they sealed in the lid before sending. Talked to customer service and they said sorry and order again in the future. Will never buy again since dealing with their horrible customer service. Trash company.

HUMILIATION AND INTIMIDATION
The owner is beyond unprofessional, I stopped ordering them due to a customer service issue and while giving my feedback on a bearded dragon page the owner decided to comment stating that I was the problem, the interaction I was referring to didn't happen. then he proceeded to take a screen shot and post it to his facebook page stating (bet they didn't expect this response) Blasting me.
The whole interaction was extremely unprofessional and beyond unnecessary, I am entitled to feel a specific way about the service I received and to be able to express my opinion about the company and my issues. However the company will use intimidation, sarcasm, and being a joke to them because I don't recommend them. instead of accepting not everyone recommends their site.
This company has a F rating for the BBB and its clear as to why. please use caution when purchasing from them and publicly disagreeing with them.

Very satisfied

After so many frustrated experiences, I tried dubiaroaches.com. I placed three orders over the past two weeks. All three arrived timely. All three were well packed, protected in plastic containers, with the void spaces filled with air pillows to prevent shifting. There were almost no dead insects in any of the three orders. I received update emails when they shipped, when they were out for delivery, and when they were actually delivered.

Best customer service around!
I’ve ordered everything from bugs to multiple enclosures from them and have never gotten anything except the best customer service around and super affordable enclosures that are my favorites. I am slowly but surely turning my whole reptile room into these enclosures. The shipping is fast and accurate and the off chance that something does go wrong they go out of their way to make it right and stay in communication with you the whole time. Couldn’t ask for a better company to do business with and they will continue to receive business from me!

Ordered Roaches and an Enclosure: Terrible Experience
First, I bought a 75 count of dubia roaches. I received about 50 instead of 75, but they apparently have sent me another order of 75 to make up for it which was nice.
But then also with that order, I ordered a 120 gallon enclosure. Just received the item and wow it was terrible. Two pieces were cracked/smashed. The screws are TERRIBLE, they strip immediately. And the enclosure itself is flimsy. I contacted the customer service who replied quickly. But the best they could do is either send me some of the parts or give me $25. For me the customer service was great, but not really worth it for what you’re getting from them. I wouldn’t waste your time, spend the extra buck and get better quality food/enclosures.
