DrUnlock is a SCAM site

DrUnlock is a SCAM site

They begin by offering the best of the best services. After you pay they have 0 communication with you. They invent things that are not true to not provide you the goods you paid for. After that, they simply ignore you and stop answering you. This site is a scam, they DO NOT DELIVER any of the services they offer, they just steal your money. DO NOT NEVER USE THEM

been terrible

been terrible. Its been a month now since I made the initial order, going on two. They draw you in by giving you one price and then you get an email telling you you have to pay more. I wouldn't mind except they haven't answered any of the 3 attempts to directly message them. I need my deceased wife's icloud off of my iPhone! I dont even need it carrier unlocked. They ghost you and ask you for more money. Dont fall into it people! Make this right Dr unlock. Give me a refund or perform the service you say you're going to do. Stop lying to people. And yes. Ive directly messaged you 3 times. I tried to keep it off of here but when 85% of reviews are terrible, you should probably change or stop altogether

FIX THIS NOW PLEASE

Awful. It is now mid April, and I requested the unlock back in late November- early December. I bought an iPod off Craigslist and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my kid... that didn’t work out.
I get the same generic email every time I request an update, or they offer me a voucher to unlock another device. I don’t have another device kicking around! I learned my lesson the first time I bought something off of Craigslist.
I just want the unlock completed or a refund so I can go somewhere else that will actually do the job.
Thinking of getting in touch with my credit card company to see what can be done.

I was asked to reply to their response... from what I can see, you can't do that here. It's their way of looking like they have responded to the problem and are dealing with it. They are NOT. This is one of the few public forums that they will actually read and acknowledge, so I will continue posting this and my reply until I am either refunded or I have a working iPod.

Hi Kristina, sorry about this specific order, this seems strange for a unlock to take this amount of time, can I first ask that you check the IMEI that you supplied us with and report back to me as without the order IMEI I cannot locate your order. We will resolve this issue for you.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE drunlock

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. I already lost my money and no one respond muy request after they got all my money. The site 1st asked me for 30 box to unlock my iphone 8, after I paid it, they confirmed they were able to unlock it but needed from me another 40 box, which was not stated in the webpage; i paid, then the site started to count an ultra slow progress for a few days saying it could faster if you paid premium service (thanks God I voided that option). they sent me another email telling me they were not able to release my phone and asked me for prove that this was a legal iphone; I sent evidence of my paid bills and a copy of my bill indicating that my contract with the telephone company was completed. Never got an answer back, even after sending all evidence to get my money back. Don’t hire this service, don’t waste your money..... it sucksss...

I can't give 0 stars or I would

I can't give 0 stars or I would. This is a scam. DO NOT give them your money and expect to get anything. Initially, I was told it would cost $28 to unlock my phone. Then I received a bill for an additional $70. I got NOTHING for my money. Do not trust these people.
