DropSecure is a cloud based file transfer solution that utilizes military-grade encryption to ensure the privacy and safety of data being shared and stored. The platform is equipped with all the necessary tools to securely share files within and outside your organization. Keys for unlocking data are completely safe from unauthorized access because they are never shared with anyone, not even to DropSecure staff unless the sender explicitly chose to. Users get to determine the access duration for the shared files, which can range from one hour to 7 days or even no limit at all. Furthermore, users can be added to the Shared Folders depending on the project requirements to help streamline collaboration. They can assign user access depending on their roles such as view-only, admin, etc. There are different user roles available including Super Admins who have control over everything but sometimes lack access to the data being shared, the Department Admins who handle every user and files in their department, and others. With an outlook plugin available for DropSecure, files can be shared seamlessly with full military-grade encryption.
