I’ve reached out multiple times and they assist immediately, they’ve resolved any issues, and have helped me input and remove records, fix my hosting when I messed it up, and everyone I’ve worked with has been very kind and accommodating. I love the simplicity of Dropals, that it is affordable and doesn't try to abuse the consumer with high fees or unnecessary additional tools/fees. I came to Dropals after a very bad experience with a big hosting company and really appreciate the honest and easy use of Dropals.

I am extremely impressed with the cleanest UI ever seen in hosting dashboard, very easy to use features and of course, the performance is top notch. Had a support ticket opened for ssl, it was fixed in under 5 mins. I will recommend dropals 100%.

I can't say enough good things about Dropals. While I've previously hosted my domain names and my wordpress and other sites elsewhere, the AMAZING service and ease-of-use for Dropals has changed my mind, and I'm looking forward to moving all my sites, and all my domains, to their systems. I've been building websites since I was a teenager – in the *90's* – and I know a good host/provider from a bad one (G0D4ddy, for example, yeech) and Dropals is it for me moving forward!

It's not just the design of their services and self-serve platforms, but the excellent support you get from their knowledgeable team at any time, day or night, is miles ahead of what you get from basic CS reading scripts everywhere else. Dropals employs people who know what they're doing, and they're eager - adamant, even - to help fix problems and keep your websites up and running 100% of the time!

From novice users trying to get away from one of the 'big guys' with bad platforms and 'dark patterns' to experienced web devs/architects like me who want to make it easy for sites and clients, I can't recommend Dropals strongly enough.

I used Bluehost for a few years for a group of sites, and kept running into malware problems, even though I had paid for sitelock as an addon feature. It seemed to take days to hear back when I sought help, and meanwhile multiple sites were getting infected and then reinfected, even tho the daily scans from Bluehost came back showing no malware. A web designer I respect a lot told me to move to dropals because they have realtime scanning and the best very quick customer service. So I moved - and he was absolutely right. No more hacks or security problems, and I get answers to tickets in minutes from dropals. Why didn't I find dropals years ago!
