Good morning!
Getting started was a breeze—quick, easy, and the instructions were clear and concise. I appreciated that right off the bat.
That said, one thing that threw me off a bit was the sales page popping up every time I clicked on the red “needs attention” items. It felt like a bait-and-switch moment.
My understanding was that the $9.99/month subscription would cover everything I needed for my drivers and computers. Apparently… it doesn’t.
Now it looks like I’d have to shell out another $9.99/month to access the rest. As someone launching a business and watching every penny like it’s the last jellybean in the jar, this was a little frustrating.
