I tried to use their site for A vehicle purchase

I tried to use their site for a purchase. It took them 6 days to correct an issue on their site and the seller walked away and sold the vehicle to someone else. They don’t work weekends and they cost me the deal on a very rare vehicle that I might never find again!

I have been waiting for more than three…

I have been waiting for more than three weeks to get my title on a vehicle I purchased. I call daily for updates and get told all manner of platitudes. There has been a USPS shipping tracking number in place since the 13th but it is still awaiting the package. Today is the 23rd.

The ABSOLUTE WORST !

If only there were Zero star!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Title verification required extensive effort, involving 12 phone calls to get them to send the copy of the title through a malfunctioning website. It took 24 hours to confirm the legitimacy of the title, followed by completion of numerous online documents, and then waiting for them to request payment from the customer.

An additional two days were needed to get approval followed by another day or two to receive a return label for the title. Once the title is received, it undergoes a verification procedure, requiring another 24 hours of waiting. Payment may be received a day or so later, if fortunate.
Almost 20 years on Ebay with over 2500 positive feedback, they made me feel like a worthless crook, not only that, but My buyer is also absolutely furious!
NEVER AGAIN.
As of today, I still have not received my money!

Poor Customer Support

Staff comes across as if it's too much hassle to provide support. They make response and timeline commitments they choose not to honor. Very frustrating. It was one problem after another and no one cared enough to own the problems and fix them. Would avoid buying another car through Caramel at all costs.

Outstanding Service from Mary Khotsombath

This was my first experience buying a car via Bring a Trailer Verified Checkout via Caramel
The online buying process went very well with good visibility of what was happening.
I initially decided to let Caramel handle the title registration here in Colorado on my behalf but when I learned that Colorado dmv usually takes 45-60 days to handle mailed in title registrations I changed my mind and decided do it myself.

Mary Khotsombath of Caramel did a fantastic job in accommodating my change of plans and arranged to send the title and all the additional paperwork and a refund within hours of our initial email exchange and sent them via Fedex with a tracking number for me to use. Absolutely outstanding service from Mary

Great experience getting title and registration complete. I had a problem and had to change the state, and they were more than accommodating with my dilemma. If I purchase another vehicle from eBay I will surely use thrive caramel
