Do not trust this site. Once you order you become subscribed and they send you wooden perfume impregnated shite regularly and charge you for it whether you want it or not. It's near impossible to get out of the rip off loop through their site, nothing in the realm of disengagement is easy or clear, in fact it's non existent. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!!! I GIVE IT ZERO STARS. They are gutless robbers!

Absolute scam. No mention that you will be subscribed and then they just randomly take money from your card. Spent HOURS trying to cancel, website is useless, contacting them is useless.

The only way I found to make the cancel button work was a private browser in safari. I will be issuing a chargeback, a BBB complaint and blocking merchant from my bank, as well as asking my bank to stop the Visa Updater that sends new card info automatically.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dishonest. Signs you up for subscription without knowing it and website is set up to not let you cancel/ time out at last step when you are cancelling. Stay away. Product is rubbish, takes weeks to arrive and scent only lasts about a week

If I could give no stars, I would. This company is shady. I continue to get this product charged to my account even though I have cancelled the subscription. There is no way to contact them to fix it.

SO disappointed!! Hinted strongly for them as a Fathers Day gift. Scent lasted about three days. Definitely cannot recommend. Overpriced and overrated.

The product is rubbish - great names for scents that do not smell like the description and last a few days - if you’re lucky. As for the SCAM of being placed into a subscription, I’m amazed that trading standards is not shutting this down. I’m not a stupid person, but I felt it when I had an email announcing ‘your DRIFT’ is on the way, I felt like one. There was no sniff of subscription mentioned when I bought the first one. Trying to cancel this is an awful process. The email didn’t have a link where to cancel and after finally logging in, I had to search to cancel and request it about 10 times before it was finally cancelled.
Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

The air freshener smells really nice, but it only lasted about 5 days so I cancelled my subscription.
I’ve given 2 stars because I have been able to refresh the scent myself by putting essential oils onto the wooden block, keeping it in an airtight bag for a day and then re-attaching.

Their first version of the vent clips were amazing and honestly, I didn’t even care that they forced people into a subscription because the design was good and the smell too!

Unfortunately, they made it even worse by pushing a 2.0 version which is clearly a tactic to force people to buy this as the refill does not fit in the rounded version, plus their promise of only having to buy one clip that lasts forever went straight out the window.

They not only hide bad reviews but close all support tickets straight away, even the ones just asking for the round refills! Absolute scam company.

I genuinely feel bad for them as I was super happy with the actual product

Clearly a scam - USE A PRIVATE BROWSER AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS

The first few orders were flawless and great. There was one scent of the month I didn't want, so contacted them to ask to skip it and that wasn't a problem, and they responded to me reasonably efficiently. The next months arrived and the scent was incredibly weak, so I contacted them again. Again, they responded efficiently and said they'd send me a replacement, gave me a choice of replacements, and confirmed they'd send it out....it never arrived! The next months subscription arrived as expected, and they've now charged me and supposedly dispatched this month's (June's) scent, which I am yet to receive nearly ten days later. I have also tried contacting them at least six times in the past two weeks to ask where the replacement scent is, which still hasn't shown up. I'm also having issues logging into my account now and have to use private mode to log in 🙃

At first it was great, but now they've clearly had their fun with ripping people off!

The wood refills are extremely weak. Barely any smell at all, even straight out of the package. I wanted to change the subscription but drift makes it very DIFFICULT, actually impossible to change. There is NO phone numbers and the email link does NOT work. They don't want customer contact. Pretty sad that a company who make a product that could be good, won't. I'm just gonna cancel all together. Not worth the hassle to fight.

Absolute scam company with no mention of subscription at all. Very deceptive company and would not use again. Their product is just ok, some of the scents are pretty weird but they would retain more customers if they were upfront rather than signing people unknowingly up to a subscription only to find out when another charge is made a month later. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased air fresheners for my two cars. Unbeknownst to me it was a subscription that I cannot get out of for anything!!! There is no one to talk to, no email to send questions because when you try it freezes!!!! They have charged my card several times. I have stopped my subscription but they are still charging me. They are fraudulent for sure. I would give them negative stars!

Horrible experience when cancelling my subscription. I purchased this product not aware that it was a subscription basis. After cancelling, I was again debited the following month. I have tried to cancel through my account and it still debited my card.

The website freezes when I try and cancel my subscription and also gives me an error when I try and submit an email requesting a cancellation.

Got a car air freshener what goes on the sun visor. I seen it had a brown park on it and was very hot. This had melted through the the metal and caught fire nearly! Dangerous do not buy!

I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription, sneaky bastards and the product is really crap; no strength in the scent, can't smell it much, even close up. Awful packaging; totally not planet friendly.
