experience was so / so , i would've given them a 5-star rating if i wasn't already in communication with the Toyota and the only reason that I went with this firm was that I believed that they could have helped me with Toyota giving me an incorrect email that I sent my information to, but they didnt after i was told that they could.
I also felt i already did the majority of the work and they just came in last minute and charged me after I did the brunt of the work.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to have a guardian angel moonlighting as a lawyer’s assistant, let me introduce you to ANGELES. The word angel is literary in her name! From the very start, she swooped into my life like the wiser, older sister I never knew I needed except this sister had all the legal knowhow and an ability to read my mind.

She didn’t just handle my case…she lived it! The way she listened and empathized, you’d think she was in the accident herself. Honestly, at one point, I started wondering whose case it was cause, she was so invested in my situation! It’s as if she was determined to outcare me! Lol!!😂

What really amazed me though, was her ability to calm my nerves when I felt like the sky was falling. She could take the most overwhelming moment and somehow pull the right information out of my frazzled brain. It’s a rare gift like an emotional whisperer with a legal edge lol for real !

But beyond her professionalism, her warmth and attentiveness made the process bearable … so therapeutic ! (and dare I say, even enjoyable at times).
