The bottles and lids are high quality, and they arrive beautifully boxed. I did require customer service, and Alexandru was prompt, professional, and solved my issue. I will definitely continue to buy Dossier.

Dossier Scam
They scam customers by automatically subscribing me to their Dossier plus program. I was affected by it and got charged for 3 months, until I checked credit card. Please do not buy from them. I bought their Tom Ford Oud Wood dupe, and never liked it. There nothing common with the original fragrance (this is an honest product review).
When I reached out to their customer service about refund, considering I never subscribed to their service, this is the reply I got back from them :

We do not auto-ship any items. Following your first purchase, your $39.90 membership fee is converted into store credit each month.
If you choose to cancel, you forfeit your D+ store credits, which will disappear from your account and not be refunded.

Customer service, the way it is meant to be! I kept seeing this company online and decided to order a gift. I chose a scent that was similar to the designer fragrance that my recipient already liked. They absolutely love it! The fragrance has staying power and smells amazing. I did end up needing customer service for my order due to a shipping issue and everything was resolved very quickly with outstanding communication. Couldn't ask for more in a purchasing experience.
