...was absolutely wonderful! I waited everyday to open each one and on the last day got to open a full sized whipped soap! They were each the most amazing scents, and they were hand crafted and packaged with love by Kristin! So awesome, to get to open a gift everyday up to Christmas.

I have very sensitive skin, and Dose products work for me even with the scents so I really like that aspect. I absolutely hate how long it takes to actually receive an order though. It’s honestly the one thing that stops me from ordering more often and even recommending Dose to others. The one time I did recommend the company, my friend and I ordered at the same time. I received my order at least 3 weeks before she did and when she inquired about it, Dose said they ran out of something and needed to ordered it. No notice. No heads up. No nothing. I would love to really love Dose, but it’s hard to get behind a company whose philosophy is “we’ll send your order when we get around to it or when we feel like it. Until then, we’ll keep your money and you’ll like it.” When I order products I have to try to plan in advance because by the time I receive what’s probably a package with mostly seasonal products, that season may have already passed. Site navigation is also a pain. Anything considered part of the permanent collection is buried and hard to find.

I'm sorry your friend had a negative experience with us after your recommendation. That is such an unfortunate situation and I wish I could have had the chance to rectify it in real time. I would have definitely tried my best!
As far as my business model - I know it isn't perfect, but I'm working real hard on it. One of my biggest challenges is keeping up with orders while working on DBC part time. This is why my website is plastered in transparency about how our business works. It's a constant balance between being a business owner and a homeschooling mother. I wake up and give 100% to both as much as I can, but there is (of course) always room for improvement.

I have bought from DBC about 6 times now, and I just absolutely love the products, they smell and feel great!
First off you can tell the it is packaged with love. I adore the handwritten card with the wax seal and how it is packaged like you are opening a present.
The texture of all of her products are amazing. The whipped soaps are so creamy, I have tried whipped soap from other companies and they don't compare to DBC.
The foaming scrub and the body buffs are divine. The foaming scrub is thicky, yet creamy and foams so well, and the body buffs leaves my skin so soft I don't need lotion.
Last but not least, her body frostings are divine. The jar is packed with product and is hefty. My skin does not feel greasy or tacky afterwards.
I just love this company and will continue to repurchase.
