I rarely get a full night sleep. My mattress is only 9 months old, it was not as "perfect" or as comfortable as advertised. I ordered the Dormeo Topper because of the 30 day return policy. The product was exactly as the representative described. I consistently sleep longer and in a much deeper sleep. I hope that the quality of the product has longevity. ( it has a 10 year warranty) definitely worth the price

The Dormeo topper was exactly what we ordered. It is extremely comfortable, soft and firm in the right places providing the best night sleep. And the quality is outstanding.
I suffer with low back and leg pain and that has not been an issue since we began using this premium topper. The delivery took longer than expected but not really an issue.
All in all, very happy with this purchase.

Ordered 2 different pillows. First one, although comfortable, was too high for my neck. Second one, a little less comfortable, but was the right height. I've spent way too much money on pillows trying to find the right one. Will make due with what I have. Fast shipment, which is a plus.

Shipping was quick and topper was packaged well. So far we have been pretty pleased with the product We put it on top of a sinking mattress that already had a topper. Think we will flip the mattress and remove the original topper to see if it improves the experience As it confirms to your body, it also confirms to the imperfection in the mattress. They do exactly what they promised!
Amazingly fast customer services responses. We were so looking forward to our topper, when I measured, I did not think about he built in headboard in our RV. When we went to put the topper on the bed, it would not fit because it would not fit under the headboard causing it to hang over almost 3 inches. We were so disappointed and worried about returning it. Customer Service took care of us, gave up options, one included donating to a good cause which we were able to do. THANK YOU. PS: The topper was amazing.

Great topper from a company with great service
First of all, I ordered the wrong size. I thought that my bed was a California king. We were extremely excited to get the new topper, but when we placed it on the bed, it was not the right size. I was devastated. I called them up and told them that I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. They quickly took care of the problem and sent me another topper. Excellent service much more than I expected considering that it was my fault.
Well, we’ve slept on the topper a few nights and I have to say it is wonderful.
With my old topper, I would wake up every night feeling like the bed was on fire, hot and sweaty, flipping my pillow to cool off, often having to just get up and stay up a while until the heat got out of the bed.
That does not happen with the Dormeo topper. It’s cool, it’s very comfortable and my husband and I both are sleeping the whole night through.

Four months into a Dormeo mattress topper purchase and I've been extremely pleased--so much so that I'm considering buying a Dormeo pillow to replace my "TP" foam pillow which I didn't think I'd ever want to part with.
It took about a week for me to adjust to the difference the mattress pad made...some users report "immediate" adjustment, but this was not me. When I adjust my body, I can feel the coolness against my skin that Dormeo touts because of the pad's construction. This was a very nice added bonus and remains true even as we get into the summer season.
I bought with the knowledge the extended trial would give me plenty of time to decide--my decision was made to keep well within that timeframe. Would definitely buy again and would recommend.
